Enjoy the beautiful and breathtaking sunsets in the heart of the Florida Keys. Relax in paradise and enjoy the heated pool overlooking the Bay. Our large Bay front Condo complex is beautiful landscaped and offer many activities; exercise room, game room, barbecue facilities and swim in our protected cove.

Our remodeled studio can comfortably sleep up to 3 people in our brand new queen size bed and full size sleeper sofa. Other amenities of the home include kitchen, microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. In addition, the complex has laundry facilities, lighted parking, coded security gate and secured building. Additionally world-class fishing and diving, excellent restaurants/night life and plenty of fun in the sun activities are just minutes away.

Cleaning Fee of $50.  Utility Fee of $50 if rented by the month.
Rates DO NOT include 11.5% Taxes. Payment by check or PayPal
Holiday periods slightly higher.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds if cancellation is less than 30 days.
$125 refund if cancellation is 30-60 days
Full refund if cancellation is greater than 60 days.
