Just three minutes by foot from the Atwater Market and also the Lachine Canal, home to the longest bike path in all North America - stretching from Old Montreal to the tip of island of Montreal, all the way out to St. Anne de Bellevue. Close to two metro stations: six minutes to Charlevoix (green line) and nine minutes to Lionel Groulx (orange and green lines, plus many connecting bus lines). Central: five minute drive to downtown Montreal. Living room with two large couches, as well as a fireplace and television with DVD player. Also one of the couches pulls out to a queen bed. Separate dining room with space for eight, or even up to 10. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Powder room on the main floor. A large deck with patio furniture and barbeque. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one bedroom with a king-size bed: and two bedrooms with a queen-size bed. Full bathroom upstairs. The basement is finished, and there will be two air mattresses for two more people. There is also a piano in the basement - not recently tuned, but okay to play. Garage for indoor parking, plus a private driveway for a second car. Ideal for three to six. Can accommodate up to eight. No smoking. Included: Air conditioning and heating. High-speed internet; local phone - long distance with calling card; cable TV and DVD. Stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Washer and dryer. And with easy access to public transportation (two metro stations) and an expressway to get everywhere. Montreal - home to festivals galore (the Jazz Fest, Film Fest, Comedy Fest, and more), home to La Ronde (amusement park), thousands of boutiques and restaurants, the Bio-dome, museums, theatres, live music, nightlife, the Grand Prix. Home to the cobble-stoned streets of Old Montreal, and so much more. More of Montreal - four large universities, two French and two English.
