Summer or Winter-Come enjoy beautiful Grand County. An exciting retreat from the city awaits! Grand County is full of activities for all seasons! Skiing,Boarding,Mountain biking, fishing, hiking and more all at your doorstep. This spacious five bedroom house is perfect for single or multiple families with plenty of room to spread out. The view's of Byers Peak and the entire Fraser River Valley can't be beat.
Our home consists of 3 levels,4 bedrooms plus semi-private loft ,two separate kitchens, Laundry/Hot tub room,2 full and 1 3/4 bathrooms. There is a small deck off the master bedroom, a wrap aroud deck on the main floor and a smaller deck on the lower level. The base of Winter Park Resort is only a 10 minute drive away. The free shuttle picks up one block away. Grocery and liquor stores are minutes away at the bottom of the hill.
Our home was one of the first built on the ridge overlooking the Fraser River Valley and the Winter Park Ski Area. We have enjoyed many years and countless good times with friends and family here. We are the original owners. Our home has been well maintained and provides all the comforts of home. We invite you to spend your holiday with friends and family in our spacious retreat. It's great for family vacations, reunions, or a peaceful get away during all seasons.
Melt away the aches and pains from a challenging day exploring the mountains in our clean, relaxing indoor hot tub, or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful view. The main floor dining area provides a beautiful vantage point of the valley as well as the runs of Winter Park Resort.
We have a two car garage and a large driveway for extra vehicles. In the summer months, enjoy a day of mountain biking,fishing or playing horseshoes.

There is a cleaning fee of $175.00 added to all bookings plus a 7.9% lodging tax.

This home has everything you could possibly be looking for! From the minute you walk in the door you feel at home with it's cozy decor and spacious living quarters. This house features 2 separate living areas which was great for when the little kids woke up early and we could keep them downstairs instead of waking up the whole household. It also features two kitchens, a hot tub, washer, dryer, two fireplaces, multiple bedrooms and much, much more. I can't say enough about the views, absolutely amazing! The upstairs living area and dining room features a "wall of windows" giving guests the ultimate panoramic views! The outside living space is just as incredible! This house features several decks including an amazing wrap-around on the main floor perfect for grilling, even in the winter! The location couldn't be more perfect as well with the grocery store located just blocks away and just minutes from both the Winter Park and Mary Jane bases!

We had a great stay here over the New Year Holiday! The large living spaces were perfect for our group of 12 and the kitchen and dining room were accommodating for cooking for a large group. Great location, just minutes from the Winter Park/Mary Jane bases and blocks from the Safeway grocery store. Wood burning fireplace great for the post-skiing evenings along with great views of the mountains/village below. Thanks again!
