This 2500 square foot house (including 3 car garage, salt water pool & waterfall, big screen HD TV, snooker table, hammock, leather sofas, covered outdoor living room with ceiling fan, Total Gym / dumbells / exercise ball in garage, garden bath, walk in closets) is available for seasonal rent, with immediate access to one of Florida's favorite golf courses (by designer of Blue Monster, Doral FL). The immediate surrounding area has many other great golf courses as well as Florida gulf coast beaches including Sarasota's beautiful Siesta Key (1/2 hour away).
Enjoy your time laying in the Hammock around the salt water pool with waterfall, grilling with gas/charcoal, playing a game of snooker, having a french pressed coffee on the covered outdoor patio in the morning, or watching high definition TV / DVDs on a 55 inch screen (or in each bedroom).
This home sets up nicely for a group atmosphere with it's open layout and great room (did I mention that the sunrise and sunsets are a beauty on the lanai, with golf course and lake view).
Shopping is available in the local area, including one of Florida's largest outlet malls within 5 miles. Reach Sarasota, Tampa, or St. Petersburg, or local gulf coast beaches within 30 minutes drive. Among these local attractions you'll find great shopping, festive atmosphere, amusement parks, local culture, professional sports, performing arts, and more.
All rooms have a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a huge mirrored walk in closet, and master bath with shower and garden bath.
