This beautifully decorated home sits on a 12,000 square foot pool at Seacrest Beach. Just walk off the back porch, through the gate to the pool, and relax amid palm trees and tropical breezes. Take a short walk, or the tram to the white sand beach just two blocks away and swim in the Emerald Waters of the Gulf Coast.
The house has three bedrooms, two downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. A queen-size bed is in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The other bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and a single bed on top. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed. A large bathroom adjoins the master bedroom with a shower and whirlpool tub. Porches provide a spectacular view of the pool.
Just a block away is the bike/running path that extends from Rosemary Beach to Grayton Beach along 30A. The new Tom Fazio Golf Course is only a half a mile away at Camp Creek.
