Upstairs: This property features two bedrooms (King-size bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the guest bedroom as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.) Also there are two full bathrooms upstairs as well as a formal dining room and an informal breakfast bar eating area . Full kitchen as well as a comfortable tropical spacious living room. There is a screened in porch upstairs that overlooks the canal and also has a gas BBQ grill and outdoor table and chairs for your enjoyment. There is a 39' flat screen in the living room, 32' flat screen in Master bedroom and a 19 in in second bedroom.'
Downstairs: This home has a separate downstairs that is one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a private screened in patio off of this bedroom that also overlooks the canal.
The yard is completely fenced in and there is plenty of parking for your boat and trailer.
Outdoors: We have a 70' concrete dock with electric as well as a fish cleaning station and a chikee hut for your enjoyment. You can catch tarpon and watch manatees right in the back yard.
This house is ideal for people vacationing with an extended family as there is a bit of privacy with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
We have access to White Marlin Beach which is right at the end of the street (walking distance) at no additional cost to our renters.

We stayed at this house in May, 2009. There were three couples also with three Bay Boats. We had two Miniture Daschunds also that had a Great time. Plenty of room for Boat trailers along with Vehicles. I would recomend this place to anyone who Loves to stay in the Key's. I hope to stay here again .Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

We stayed with our family at this house for a week in the summer of 2009 and it was great. Plenty of parking, space to dock our boat, and a grill on the balcony, which we made great use of. The house was a great value and perhaps the best part was the private owner's beach in the community- ABSOLUTE PARADISE!! Clear, shallow, and calm water for the kids to play in. For those used to staying in the Keys you know the beaches can leave much to be desired- not this one! An absolute gem. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.
