This great luxury condo is located in an exclusive, gated development just off the main Tamarindo strip. Close enough to all the action, yet still able to maintain a sense of privacy, the condo is just 3 minutes walk to Tamarindo beach past numerous shops and restaurants. Recently completed, this 2 story condo has been professionally furnished and appointed to the highest standard.

Whether you are after a romantic getaway, an active adventure or a relaxing retreat, our aim is to make your vacation as memorable as possible at 'Paradise Treasures.'

Sit back and enjoy the warm balmy temperatures, soft golden sands and tropical waters. Experience the world class surfing, adventure tours and wild life excursions.
Enjoy relaxing walks on the beaches, browse the quaint shops, dine at great restaurants & watch the amazing Tamarindo sunsets.
With only 9 units in the development, you can also relax by the pool day or night which backs onto a protected Greenway providing great bird watching opportunities.


The main room in the condo is open, combining kitchen, dining and living areas for a wide open feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, beautiful custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 grocery stores close by, and this kitchen makes cooking for yourself a joy. If you would rather just relax and have someone cook for you, there are over a dozen great restaurants within walking distance of the condo.


The unit sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. Sleeping arrangements consist of of one queen bed with orthopedic mattress in the master bedroom, two very comfortable twin beds in the guest bedroom, and two high quality air mattresses which, if needed, will also fit comfortably in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and the master bedroom has its own private patio and a plasma TV.

Playa Tamarindo is one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches, and is great for kids and adults alike with excellent boogie-boarding and surf lessons. Our aim is for you to have the best vacation possible in Tamarindo. All linens and towels are provided. We also provide boogie boards for your enjoyment, a cooler for you to take to the beach or for a picnic as well as several beach towels.


There is an easy and reliable shuttle service from Liberia airport, and with banks, a post office, shops and restaurants nearby, it is not even necessary to rent a car to experience what Tamarindo has to offer.

Excursions are available to the nearby National Parks or further afield to Monteverde and Arenal volcano.

  • We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this condo during the first two weeks of March 2008. The unit truly meets everything that is in the description, plus some nice amenities such as a remote gate opener, room safe and nice garage to keep your car out of the sun. The WiFi connection was excellent and we used voice over internet to communicate with our families at home. The property is a short walk to town center and the beach, but is removed from the busy town traffic. Several nice restaurants are close to this unit. As you look at the beach picture in the description, Playa Grande is a magnificant beach in the background. We had a great vacation and would highly recommend this unit if you enjoy clean and comfortable accomodations with privacy.
