We just got back from a great extended weekend of snowboarding and skiing and I have to say I LOVE staying at this place. Pat is a great owner and someone who is very easy to speak too. She is very accommodating and fair. The place is very spacious and has room for everyone especially if you’re thinking about bringing a large group like we did 10 adults and four kids (and growing)... I also love its location. It's probably 20mins away from Waterville Mountain which offers great slopes. The place also is near a rec/community center where you can go and swim the kids which we did or just lounge at home watching movies which my pregnant wife did. Have to say this has become our large groups tradition and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. Our family had this rental for a week surrounding the weekend our son was married to a NH gal. It was perfect for our needs, as we had family & wedding party in & out various days of the week. We loved the house, the recreation facility, and the area. The house is extremely well equipped, whether speaking of kitchen, bathroom, cleaning supplies, etc. There are lots of nooks where various sized groups can hang out, such as glassed in porch & downstairs den. Would love to return in the winter so see the mtns while enjoying a crackling fire in the beautiful stone fireplace. Would, without doubt, rate it excellent if their cleaner had got to everthing.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
