We are located only 30 minutes from Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), 20 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, less than an hour and a half from both Disney World and Kennedy Space Center, and 15 seconds from the beach ;-). We are just 15 minutes from I-95.
Ponce Inlet is only a few minutes south of Daytona Beach and enjoys the same wide expanse of sandy shoreline and long sandbars. Unlike Daytona Beach, Ponce Inlet has no cars on the beach. In Ponce Inlet you'll find long stretches of pristine sand instead of the cruising crowds you'll find on Daytona Beach.
With 23 miles of beach to walk, swim, or ride your bicycle, you're in heaven. You can relax in your 7-person spa while you watch the ocean waves, birds, and boats. Or you can enjoy the brand new patio furniture while you dine outdoors.
You have a lot of choice with our home. You can rent either the 1st or 2nd floors, or the entire house. Both floors have master bedroom suites with breathtaking ocean views and private bathrooms, 2 additional bedrooms (for a total of 3 bedrooms on each floor), 2 full bathrooms on each floor, full kitchens, the latest in entertainment equipment, cable TV, air conditioning, and full size washers and dryers.

This house is perfect for big families. There were 8 adults & 6 kids, 6 & under. It could have not been more perfect:). The house was clean, and very comfortable. The location was great, boardwalk to the beach is on the side of this property, so we could step on the walk from the yard, perfect! The upstairs is not over the downstairs bedrooms, so it was very quite. The owner went above & beyond to make our trip easy & enjoyable. He was very patient & helpful with all our questions, before we even arrived! We had trouble with the refrigerator, called the owner & a repairman was there within the hour. The home was very relaxing & livable, with the little ones, that made it nice. Yes, we would definitely go back and we would all like to Thank the owner for allowing us to stay in his home:)
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We just got back from a 10 day stay at this home. The beach was great, no cars allowed in this area so very quiet which was perfect for us. Couple of disappointments, the hot tub was not working which was a huge disappointment to my kids, as well the fireplace was not working, not a big deal but the weather was a little cold and thought it would have been nice to have on especially Christmas Eve and Day. Overall we were happy with the house, plenty of room for all of us. Location is great, 5 min drive to Daytona Beach, 20 mins to speedway and shopping mall, restaurants close by, lots of walking trails, very nice area.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
