Spring Run offers a private 18-hole par 72 championship golf course with 5 sets of tees to match all levels of play. If tennis is your game, there are 4 newly surfaced and lighted courts available.
The Clubhouse provides a full service Dining Room, Lunch (Grill) Room, Bar and newly updated Exercise Facility, plus a large pool and hot tub. Located throughout Spring Run are smaller community pools and hot tubs (one is a 4 minute walk from our front door).
Our detached home has all the amenities required to make your stay a very comfortable and relaxing one. It features a modern kitchen with a separate eat-in area. The dining room seats 6 and the lanai, with gas barbecue, has comfortable seating for 8. With 3 TV's, DVD players and VCR's, catching up on your favorite show or movie will be easy.
The view from the lanai is of the 16th hole and wonderful evening sunsets.
Ideally located from incredible shopping, restaurants, Gulf beaches and Southwest International Airport (Fort Myers), The Brooks offers a location that puts you within minutes of anything you would need or want to assure a great vacation.
