I rented this apartment for a few of my friends over my wedding weekend. The location is fantastic and close to a ton of restaurants, a grocery store, a great path to run/ride a bike/walk on, and of course downtown. The place was very clean and the owner is a great help if you need anything at all during your stay. Not to forget, the apartment is awesome and full of everything you may need for a long or short stay in Denver. I would highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a fun, safe, clean, awesome spot to stay in Denver.

Three female friends and I rented the loft for a week's vacation in Colorado. Two of us attended the Women's Final Four Basketball tournament during our stay. The loft's location was perfect for that--we were able to walk to and from Pepsi Arena. In the evening after the games, we felt quite safe returning to the loft. As we took day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Golden, the access to major highways was a snap. It was also wonderful to have a dedicated covered parking space for our rental vehicle, especially as it snowed on one of the days during our visit. Everything in the stylish loft was very clean, and it is well equipped. We had no trouble finding the keys and fobs, and everything worked well. Everyone with whom we came in contact in the building was extremely pleasant. We enjoyed seeing some of the residents and their dogs coming and going. The location, just steps from free transportation up 16th Street and across from a nice park, is convenient and lovely. I'd love to rent this property again.

We had a really great time in Denver. This fun loft is located in the LoDo area and is the perfect location for exploring the Denver area. We walked all over. The 16th St. mall is practically at your doorstep and is loaded with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The loft is attractive and comfortable for 2-4 people. The kitchen is beautiful although with all the fun restaurants around we didn't use it much. We did have a glitch with the lock box which housed the loft keys. We arrived on Thanksgiving afternoon the lock box was jammed closed and nearly impossible to open. The condo owner was reachable by phone which I thought was amazing due to the holiday and although he wasn't able to actually come and remedy the situation at least he responded and was concerned. After many attempts to open the lock box we finally jiggled it enough to loosen the inside keys which had jammed it shut. Another slight problem with the keys was that a fob operated the door to the building and only 1 of the fobs was working. This was OK for us because we were together the entire time but it could be a problem. The fun part was when we actually got into the condo we were delighted with how nice it is! Well worth the little glitches. This loft comes with 1 indoor parking place which was very convenient to have. If you're looking for a fun, clean place to stay that's close to a ton of stuff to do this is the place for you. We hated to leave!
Owner response:Thanks so much for taking the time to post your review. I'm so sorry that the lock box was a problem. As far as the 'fob' to get into the building it has been replaced with a new one. Thanks again.

What a Great place in LoDo Denver. Extremely updated and modern Condo with all the extra's. Cool building with a Great view of Downtown Denver from the balcony. It felt just like home. Owner is super responsive to any questions and very accomodating. All the right touches. Conveniently located near interstate access for easy on and off from the airport or to the Rocky Mountain National Parks. If sports are your thing, just an outfield throw from Coors Field or Bronco's Stadium. 16th Street Mall Bus meets you at the bottom of the steps. Easy walk from Condo to anywhere downtown... Don't miss this chance to stay here, you wont' be sorry. I can't wait to go back.

This loft was perfect. The location could not have been any better. Walking distance from delicious food and beer venues. All forms of public transportation were easily accessible. The garage space for our rental car was especially nice. We had such a great visit, and it was nice to come “home” to this place!

This loft was immaculate and the assigned parking spot was great. The location of this loft is unbeatable - easy access to the highway, walking distance to REI, and steps away from the 16th Street Mall (and the free bus) to enjoy everything that Denver has to offer! Denver is known for its microbreweries, so be sure to check out some pubs on Blake St. near Coors Field. We drove to Mount Evans one day, and it was fantastic. The outlets at Castle Rock are a short drive away if you are looking for some bargains. Lastly, Bruce, the owner, was great to deal with - he made the booking process very easy, answered all our questions and promptly returned our deposit at the end of our stay. All and all, we had a great time in Denver and would not hesitate to rent this loft again!

I had some friends who were planning to visit me in Denver for a long weekend. Instead of staying in my house near the Tech Center or being holed up in 2 or 3 different downtown hotel rooms, I went onto VRBO and found Bruce's loft in downtown Denver. I've rented over 30 homes through VRBO and this was the easiest transaction. And the loft was absolutely perfect- great price, unbelievable location (walking distance to everything downtown! Several bars & restaurants within 50 feet!), reserved parking spot in the garage, and the interior was perfect (immaculately clean, plenty of space, upscale bathroom, comfortable beds, huge closets, high-end kitchen, nice size living room with huge flat screen)! Bottom line- you can't go wrong with this loft!

I have visited Denver often and found that this location and functionality of this unit has been the best thus far. We all were very, very comfortable with the units vibe, and sleeping arrangements. Location is the best. Close to major highways, train, downtown and one of the prettiest parks in Denver. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying next time around!

This place was perfect our "Girl's Get Away" weekend. Desireable location, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the modern feel of the place. The large windows and little balcony gave us a bird's eye view of the life going on around us and at night provided a beautiful view of the Millenium Bridge. We were able to easily walk to shopping, book stores, wine shops, and a wide variety of food places. Just a short drive away are the Red Rocks, which are just spectacular. We even walked throught the nearby park and caught a Yoga class. Don't be concerned about the proximity to the train station. We barely noticed the noise and found the occasional rumble added to the whole, cool, "LoDo" feel !

This loft in LODO has an absolutely perfect location. No matter what you're looking for, this place has got it. It's big, quite, has a great view of the footbridge, easy walking access to 16th street, and fine bars and restaurants abound. This is a great loft for a small group of friends that wants the ideal location of a hotel combined with the ability to all hang in the same place. We'll definitely stay here next year when the Jets come back to town to dish out another smackdown!

I brought my family on a work/vacation visit. The loft is in exceptional condition, very comfortable and in a great location. Even though LoDo/Downtown and many other places are in walking distance, we did have a car and the parking space in the garage was nice as well. Everything was wonderful and I would stay there again without question.

My family (husband and two teenagers) rented this unit for our week long stay in Denver. We LOVED it! This location is perfect -- shopping, restaurants, and Commons Park all at your fingertips. This condo was lovely inside and out. Very clean, very comfortable, and roomy. A great place to be while visiting Denver. Thanks Bruce! Can't imagine having stayed anywhere else!

I had a fabulous time at this loft. Perfect location - easy access to all Lodo locations. Surrounded by great restaurants and beautiful hiking/biking trails. The loft itself is gorgeous, with comfortable and inviting furnishings. Amazing views. Kitchen had everything you needed so we were able to cook ourselves a wonderful meal. Beds were ultra-comfy. And the owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all, I give this place a 10+. Don't waste your bucks on a hotel!

My friend lives in Denver and reserved the loft for the weekend for us so that we would be close to all of the action. The location is wonderful; right across from the river park and within walking distance of downtown attractions. The decor is cosmopolitan and stylish, and there was everything available to make for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again.

The "Loft" was a definite highlight of my family's vacation to Colorado. Secured building and centrally located to anything/everything you wish to see in downtown Denver! It was fabulously decorated. The owner, Bruce, goes above and beyond to accomodate a relaxing stay. We will be back for sure!
