The 3000+ square foot property has cathedral ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. It also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in nearly every room - perfect for gazing at the deer and other wildlife. The home is decorated warmly with rustic furniture and local antiques.
You will love cooking in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a double oven, Thermador cooktop, two refrigerators, granite countertops and dining room service/seating for 12 indoors. Enjoy dining for six outdoors on the expansive deck.
Enjoy conveniences of home, including free wifi internet service, a HDTV big-screen TV with DISH cable, DVR, DVD, a movie gallery and free local phone calls.
The master suite has a king bed with a memory foam mattress topper, perfect for a deep sleep. The room has peaceful nature views and access to the deck and hot tub, along with a generous-sized bathroom and closet. The bedrooms have queen beds and large windows. Upstairs is a huge loft with four twin beds, a library and views that go on forever!
The 600+ square foot, wrap-around fenced deck is perfect for kids (gates can be locked) - bring your balls and toys. A high chair, kids' library and kids' toys are available.
The property is only 3 1/2 miles to town with tons of shopping and dining options available.

We loved Wimberley the moment we drove through! We looked at so many different properties in the town ... once we opened the doors to Vista Verde our breath was taken away! We knew we could make the property into a home away from home for our guests and made an offer that day.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home is unique - That's what most people tell us ... and that the pictures don't do it justice. We also hear a lot that the place is great for gatherings of all kinds, simply because the house is huge, yet the kitchen opens to the dining and living areas so you can feel together without feeling cramped. We take a lot of care to have a ton of toys, children and adult books, games and magazines so there is always something to do if you're not outside exploring the property. We also pride ourselves on cleanliness. We have the same housekeeper we've used for two years and find she does a fantastic and thorough job each time.
