Great Vacation Home finished in November 2007.

. 3 BEDROOMS EACH WITH PRIVATE BATH + l/2 Bath off Great Room. Each Bedroom has it's own Satellite Television and Telephone.

. This home is 1/2 mile from the beach and golf at the Gearhart Golf Course. Easy walking or bike riding.

. New Comfortable Queen size beds (New Englander) in all Bedrooms One upstairs Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds (in lieu of twins). All Bedrooms have 400-count linens and plenty of pillows.

. Family room w/ mini-kitchen is located upstairs between bedrooms - Great for football games, children's activities, or just a separate space for reading or relaxing. Family Room has larger Satellite Television, DVD and Telephone.

. Open Great Room/Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen. Woodburning

table in Dining Area - Seating for six, but will seat more.
Great Room has Satellite Television with DVR, and plenty of
seating.

. Large Island in kitchen - can accommodate many cooks and is a
great place for socializing! Kitchen is well equipped and
should meet all your needs for entertaining or preparing meals
of any size. Bar Stools at the Island can be adjusted and
used at the Dining Table. Fun dishes and cutlery for 12.

. All cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, fabric softener,
dishwashing liquid, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels,
and toilet paper supplied.

. Laundry room has stacked heavy duty washer & dryer with utility
sink.

. Two car garage with automatic door opener, parking in driveway
and off-street parking.

. Fenced-in back yard with large patio - nice patio also at the
front of the house so you can follow the sun if you wish. You
are very likely to see a deer or other wildlife looking over
the fence.

. Gas Barbeque Grill.

. Central Vacuum System.

. Answering Machine.

. Free local and long distance calling.

  • Our Gearhart Home is located 3 miles north of Seaside, a bustling tourist town with something for everyone -- shopping, children's activities, lovely beach, outlet mall, restaurants, movies and more. 12 miles north is Astoria, at the mouth of the Columbia River with it's Maritime Museum, Astor Column and Fort Clatsop, the official end of the Lewis & Clark Trail. Great fishing and water activities available in Astoria. To the south about 9 miles is Artsy Cannon Beach with a more rugged beach and lovely Ecola Park.
