Our 2600 square foot quiet and secluded vacation getaway home is perfect for a weekend escape or a family vacation in the mountains. The home includes deeded lake access with a community dock within walking distance.
Our home includes 3 spacious bedrooms and enough sleeping space for 10 along with 2 full baths and a game room. You will enjoy the peace and quiet and fresh air from the extra large covered wrap around deck. The nights are cool and breezy in the summer and fall presents its most beautiful colors as far as the eye can see.
Our mountain retreat includes all the comforts of home. The main level includes a complete kitchen equipped with an oven, stove and refrigerator / freezer along with all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils, china, and flatware you will need. A large den has plenty of comfortable seating and a stone fireplace to warm the cool mountain nights. A spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser, seating, closet space, and a mountain view. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dressers and plenty of closet space for extended stays. There is one full bath outfitted with linens on the main level.
The lower level features one extra large bedroom with a queen bed, seating, side tables and a dresser. A full bath and a den with a wood burning stove is also on the lower level. The game room includes a foosball table, air hockey, and a piano for your enjoyment. Two La-Z-Boy sofas in the den can also convert into full beds for additional sleeping space. A large 360 square foot concrete patio is also accessible for outdoor relaxation. In addition, a full size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Enjoy majestic views of the Smoky Mountains while relaxing on the extra large private deck with exquisite sunset views.
Stay a week, or longer and don't miss seeing it all...from Standing Indian Mountain - elevation 5,498 ft. - to the beautiful shores of Lake Chatuge. What a lovely home! I thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the deck with my morning coffee and enjoying the view. I will definately return for another relaxing weekend in the mountains.
