The NEW Pier Park is an entertainment,restaurant & shopping haven all within a 1/3 mile, get on a Front beach Rd trolley or stroll along the beach to Margaritaville, Kilwins Ice cream, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Target, Panera Bread, Movie Theatres and many more shops and restaurants; kids can ride a train, rock climb, ride on a carousel, hair braiding; just to name a few of Pier Park attractions! And also nearby; St. Andrews National Park (great snorkelling & fishing), Shipwreck Island, swimming with the dolphins at Gulf World, or participate in athletic events hosted at Frank Brown Field.
Our 15th floor condo is decorated in comfort and luxury. While gazing out the extra wide sliding glass doors there is tranquility of the ocean blue! Enjoy beautiful sunsets, seashells, dolphins and crabs along the shoreline. Accompanying you while sipping your morning coffee or nighttime cocktails from the balcony; in our lounge chair or padded wickers chairs,is the rhythm of the waves. There is covered parking and a covered walkway crossing over Front Beach Rd, to help you get settled in;use the available luggage racks. We have 7 very high speed elevators to get you where you want to go. Everything here at the beach is designed for your comfort.
Chez Moi or Welcome to Our House is our home away from home! We take pride in all we offer our guests. We vacation in our condo many times during the year, it is not just an investment property! We stayed in June and it gets better everytime!
I have also selected a management company that is local so they are able to greet you on the day you arrive. They will assist you with your stay, their goal is to help make sure this is the best vacation you have had in years. We will be looking forward to having you back again next year!
