The NEW Pier Park is an entertainment,restaurant & shopping haven all within a 1/3 mile, get on a Front beach Rd trolley or stroll along the beach picking up shells to Margaritaville, Kilwins Ice cream, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Target, JCPenney, Panera Bread, Movie Theaters and many more one of a kind shops and restaurants; kids can ride a train, rock climb, ride on a carousel, hair braiding; just to name a few of Pier Park attractions! We spend four wonderful days in the condo! It was very spacious and had a great view of the beach and all the activities going on about the beach. The extra touches in the condo made it feel like home but even better! We really loved all of the amenities available to us like the on-site coffee shop and ice cream store. It was really nice to see an on-site library just waiting for you to pick out a good book and relax on the beach reading it. The selection of restaurants and shopping so close was a definite Plus to the facility. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent and we will be back!

This condo was spectacular! We felt right at home at this condo, it has a warm cozy feel even in such a large building. Outside of the condo we felt like we were at an all inclusive resort, with the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! Not that there was a need to leave the property, but being so close to the pier was a must do! We can't wait to get back to this little piece of heaven!

We have stayed in this condo twice within the last year. It's beautifully decorated, spacious and has a great view of the beach! It's awesome to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. The building has 2 huge pools and having the beach chairs included in the rent is such a great plus! We look forward to staying in this unit again.

We spent 3 two month periods at Liz and Nicks well furnished condo . We looked out from the balcony to see the beautiful white sandy beach and the ocean. In the evenings we watched spectacular sunsets. There is great shopping and restaurants in Panama City Beach. We look forward to spending more time there in future years. Edgar and Ada

We fell in LOVE with this place last year!!! Decided it was the perfect location to stay at when we got married on the beach this year!!! The location is GREAT!!! Just a short walk to Pier Park & shopping! shopping! shopping! The place was spotless with all of the ammenities of home (and a MUCH BETTER VIEW!) The king size bed in the Master was comfortable! The bathrooms are spacious! The kids loved the bunk beds and their very own TV! The flat panel TVs & DVD players were a luxury! The single elevator right outside the door is perfect! And the view! You have to see it to believe it!!! (Be sure to take a nap on the sling-back chair on the balcony) We are definitely looking forward to our next visit to this BEACH PARADISE!!!!!

We stayed at this condo for an end of summer beach trip in August and it was so wonderful and relaxing. The condo is beautiful and well-maintained. The location was perfect. The boardwalk (as you can see in the pics) is within walking distance, and the shopping at the new Pier Park was great. I wish we had stayed longer to do some of the other activities with our kids. Will definitely book this condo again. Also, two bonuses: Having the bunk beds in their own "room" and not the hallway was really nice, and access to free beach chairs was a very nice amenity!

Our family stayed here a couple of summers ago and had an awesome experience! It was clean, convenient and very comfortable. We actually tried to book this same property the following summer and it was not available for our dates. I would without a doubt recommend it to anyone. It exceeded our expectations!
