The community is "laid back" and exceptionally friendly.
The 2 bedroom home is located across the street from the Rio Grande River, has excellent mountain views and regular visits from local deer. One can tube,raft,and fish just steps away from the large front porch. This fully equipped and very nicely appointed home is a comfortable and relaxing retreat after an active day. There is a garage for your toys and/or your vehicle. The kitchen has everything one could ask for. Dish TV and DVD player are available at the end of a busy day. Beds are very comfortable. Furnishings are updated and fresh.
Owner is an avid skier, hiker, photographer and outdoor enthusiast who loves to share ideas of things to do and places to see.

I love South Fork and all of the outdoor recreational activities. I can give you many ideas of things to do and know all the locals who can help you maximize your vacation fun. Most of all I love to ski..the deeper the powder, the better! I am also a realtor and can help you find your own vacation cabin and/or take care of it when you are not here.
