This beach house will soon become your family’s favorite. Our home is located in Pacific City, OR in the award winning community of Shorepine Village. Our home has a beautiful private fenced backyard and it is just steps from the the dune ramp to the beach. We are also just a short 2 block walk to the Pelican Brew Pub.
Our home is a beautiful, unique 2 story home with 2 bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and each have their own private bathrooms. All of our beds have very comfortable mattresses. Each bedroom has a Flat panel TV with built in DVD and digital cable. Downstairs you will find a fully stocked kitchen. Whether you are making a holiday feast, preparing sushi, or just cracking crab we have all the tools to make it easy and fun! The living room has a wonderful real stone fireplace that warms the house and creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is a large flat panel TV with digital cable and DVD stereo system with Ipod dock. Our home has a WIFI network set-up so if you need to check your email you can do so from anywhere in the house, back deck or on top of the dune ramp! You will find a DVD library, board games, and some toys in the living room. In the garage you will find an air hockey table, a drop down basketball net with score keeper, cable tv, 4 cruiser bikes with helmets.No need to bring sand toys, there is a huge bucket full for your kids to use. Last but not least there is a full size weber gas grill, Maytag Neptune Washer and Dryer, as well as an array of outdoor chairs and tables.
You will check in and check out at the Shorepine Properties Office in the Village. Shorepine Properties friendly staff is there everyday from 9:00-6:00 to assist you with the house and provide information on the area. If you need to check in after 6:00 you can check in at the front desk of the Inn at Cape Kiwanda. There is someone available at the Inn 24hrs a day 7 days a week to help you with questions or any needs that should arise during your stay.
