You are a short 15 minute walk from the lifts, or catch the free bus from the condo. From the back deck, enjoy the bike/groomed cross country ski path that will take you wherever you want to go.
Relax in the sauna, hot tub or heated pool after a day of play (steps from the back deck) or sit next to your personal wood burning fireplace and enjoy the views day or night. You may also enjoy cable TV or movies while you unwind. In addition, you have access to free wireless internet in the condo or a complete office setup in the common room.
The local shopping center is within walking distance; featuring the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, ski/board rentals, liquor store, post office and more. You can also hop on the bus and visit the big city of Aspen and enjoy all it has to offer.
Your retreat sleeps up to 4 (king bed and queen EZ bed). The den features stunning views of the surrounding mountains and overlooks Independence Pass. The unit comes with 1 assigned parking space.

Great Condo in Snowmass Village

This oversized, one-bedroom condo was a great fit for my husband and I, as well as our elementary age grandchildren. Having been newly remodeled and painted, it felt fresh and clean. The king-size bed was a plus. Kitchen is well-stocked with all appliances in working order. Firewood is readily available for the fireplace. Location is next to pool/hot tub, on bus line but also within walking distance of the new Base Village area, and the views are pretty. There was no hide-a-bed, so the grandkids had a slumber party on the floor, which suited them just fine. We later found out there was a blow-up mattress we could have used. The condo is definitely on the ground floor with a walk-out patio near the walking trail, but be prepared for steps as the parking lot is up a few flights. The owner was very helpful, flexible (especially allowing the kids to stay), and informative. We'd definitely stay here again. We rented skiis for the grandkids with Incline Rentals and they were great! The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at Brunelleschi's in Aspen...okay Italian food and kids got to make their own pizzas. Big Hoss Grill in the Snowmass Mall had good burgers. Sneaky's Tavern at the Base Village area was more contemporary with a roaring fireplace, friendly staff, good menu (kids menu on back of etch-a-sketch) and big salads.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
