We stayed at this property while I was attending a conference in Snowmass. I stayed with my husband and my 11 month old son. The condo is extremely nice and comfortable - it feels like a posh home (not a cold hotel or a cabin filled with the owner's second best). The owner is incredibly responsive and communicative - he called us ahead of time to apologize that one of his upgrades hadn't been completed - it didn't affect our stay at all, but it was nice that he thought enough of it to call us and tell us. Everything is provided here - a full kitchen, including wine glasses, et al., a full bath with extra towels, a humidifier even (which was really helpful for us). While the owner was worried about whether or not his unit was baby-proofed (it's not), but for careful parents who weren't expecting it, we actually found staying there with our son a breeze. Our pack'n'play did fit in the bedroom (we had thought it wouldn't, but were pleasantly surprised), and there was lots of open floor space for our son to crawl around. The big soaker tub was a bonus. :-) The entertainment center is phenomenal, and my husband really enjoyed the streaming media options. It did get a little rowdy in the complex on Saturday, but the bedroom stayed quiet, so we didn't have any problems. It is down about 4 flights of stairs to get into the unit - we were expecting that, though, and certainly had no complaints.

Great Snowmass Condo
Great Snowmass Condo
We just spent a week at this condo and couldn't have been more pleased. There were 2 of us and this 1 bedroom condo couldn't have been more perfect with very comfortable furnishings that were very nice, a large wood burning fireplace with outside heater, great kitchen with all the needed amenities, high end electronics, and a great location within walking distance or a short, free bus ride to the slopes with the bus stop right upstairs from the condo. There is definitely no need to rent a car with the location of this condo and the very efficient bus service that runs every 20mins and gets you anywhere you need to go in minutes. The pool and hot tub were great as well as were the views and the cross country/hiking trail right in front of this ground level condo. Kirk, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating and made the whole rental process very easy. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great Condo in Snowmass Village
Great Condo in Snowmass Village
This oversized, one-bedroom condo was a great fit for my husband and I, as well as our elementary age grandchildren. Having been newly remodeled and painted, it felt fresh and clean. The king-size bed was a plus. Kitchen is well-stocked with all appliances in working order. Firewood is readily available for the fireplace. Location is next to pool/hot tub, on bus line but also within walking distance of the new Base Village area, and the views are pretty. There was no hide-a-bed, so the grandkids had a slumber party on the floor, which suited them just fine. We later found out there was a blow-up mattress we could have used. The condo is definitely on the ground floor with a walk-out patio near the walking trail, but be prepared for steps as the parking lot is up a few flights. The owner was very helpful, flexible (especially allowing the kids to stay), and informative. We'd definitely stay here again. We rented skiis for the grandkids with Incline Rentals and they were great! The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at Brunelleschi's in Aspen...okay Italian food and kids got to make their own pizzas. Big Hoss Grill in the Snowmass Mall had good burgers. Sneaky's Tavern at the Base Village area was more contemporary with a roaring fireplace, friendly staff, good menu (kids menu on back of etch-a-sketch) and big salads.
