This is a fantastic getaway spot. We love Powers Lake, and this home sits on one of the best pieces of property available. We enjoyed the large, level grassy area out by the lake for playing corn toss and throwing the football. The level sandy frontage was pristine. The availability of renting the pontoon boat was a true bonus. We enjoyed slow cruises around the lake and tubing. The cottage itself was perfect for our group of eight, clean and cozy. The screened-in porch is a fantastic feature. We had an on and off rainy weekend. We were able to still enjoy the outdoors completely by just running into the porch to sit and talk while we waited for the drizzle to stop. I know Powers lake really well and many rentals available do not have all the key features you look for in lake property wrapped into one...large level yard, sandy frontage, plenty of space, quiet street, nice home and pristine water. This one has it all. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
