The Grand Panama Beach Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida (directly beside Edgewater). Our NEW unit is located on the eighth floor of the Grand Vista Tower. This resort is all inclusive and certainly compliments the beach community lifestyle! Grand Panama resides on thirty-five acres of prime beach property including 240 feet of ocean frontage. It includes 24 hours on-site security and a 5-story covered parking deck. This unit is the perfect size and a simply smart choice for growing families, couples and snowbirds. With recessed hallway bunks perfect for the kids, a queen-size sleeper sofa for the guests, and a king-size master for yourselves, you can't go wrong. This one bedroom, two full bath unit has lots of personal touches and is finely decorated throughout. Neutral colors, accented with chocolate browns, sea foam greens, light blues and beiges provide a comfortable, welcoming, and contemporary atmosphere, yet isn't too "beachy". The bedroom features a king-size bed, wall mounted 32" flat panel LCD TV and DVD player, a private bathroom with large walk-in tiled shower, dual sinks, and plenty of storage space. The full kitchen is completely stocked and ready to use. Perfect for relaxing, the living room is also great for enjoying the views. The wall mounted 42" flat panel LCD TV /DVD player is a definite addition for your entertainment. Located on the 8th floor of the Grand Vista, the views are spectacular!
