My extended family and I stayed at the Bayview Villas in May of 2011. We had a great time. The space was clean, well decorated and had all the necessities available. It was a great location and we loved the common areas which where perfect for our family to eat together, BBQ and swim in the pool. Rosemarie was attentive to any of our needs and was a pleasure to plan our stay with. We plan to use it for our next family reunion we think it would be a perfect location!

We spend 2 weeks in Florida and Ft Lauderdale area. We stayed one week at the Baywiew Villa and really enjoyed our stay. It’s really convenient if you travel with children because it’s a nice playground nearby. The apartments and pool area is very nice. There is also a big shopping center nearby Macys and other stores and a very nice food court. There is also a Mr. Chang restaurant. We really like the Baywiew apartments and can recommend it. family from Sweden

A Wonderful Place to Stay

The Bayview villa is a wonderful place to stay, well situated in a very quiet area, very close to the beach and the city center. We loved the villa with its huge kitchen and rooms, the kids were in the swiming pool from the morning to the evening, they still talk about the house and the pool even now, 1 month after our stay in this wonderful villa. The owner is also very very nice and helpful. We definitely advice this place to other persons, especially for families.

We stayed for 2 weeks at this great place. We were there in April 2010. The place was perfect for us nice and clean and we loved the garden and pool area. The kids just loved to have the pool just outside your door. It was a very nice neigborhood, very close to the beach and good shopping. We also played basketball close to the place. We had everything in the place that we needed for making lunch and dinner at home. And there is a lot of nice restaurants very close. The owner was very serviceminded. Winter vacation 2009

Stayed here 7 nights in january and wished it would have been longer. Fantastic house with all appliance you possible could need. Friendly and helpful owner nice pool and patio with barbecue. We were 4 adults and one child in the house and still it was roomy. I can strongly recomend this place. Jerker from Sweden

We stayed at Bayview in Nov.It was a pleasure with comfortable beds an a lot of space. Rosemary was friendly and eager to help out if there was somethings that needed to be improved.The Garden is very nice and well taken care of, with some very nice decorations. Its located nice if you want to be all over Ft lauderdale, I had a bicycle so I was at the beach in no time.There will defenatly be more visits in LuxuryVilla Rentals. Thanks again Helene&Peter

This was our first time booking by internet, and it was the best experience. The property was even more wonderful than we anticipated from the net. The property, inside and out, was immaculate. So warm and inviting. Very private,and quaint, but still right down the street from absolutely everything you could need. The area anywhere around the villa is beautiful and the ocean right down the street is breath-taking. The feeling you get at the villa is like being at home, but in paradise. My children, ages 7 and 4, did not want to come home, neither did my husband or I. Jay, the owner, made sure that we were as comfortable as could be, but he has everything just perfect for any vacationer.We can't wait to go back with our family and/or our friends or both. With not a bad thing to say about the villa or the area, we can't wait to go back.

Nice place to be. Near the beach and downtown ( by car ) Owner a nice guy, We were just like home. Was there with my wife and 2 kids ( 3 & 5 ) Loved the pool. Would recommend the place to my friends Place was clean and rates is good. Easy Acces to major roads and highway Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. First timer in rental.. Don't want go back for hotels
