Come relax in our beautiful 2 story caribbean style home, new in 2007, located in popular Ocean Lakes Family Resort in Myrtle Beach, site #1022. We are only 7 houses from the ocean. You can see the beach from the lower sitting/parking area.

We offer many upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, flat screen tv's in every room, high speed internet, dvd and blue-ray disc with movie library, washer/dryer, gas grill, large front porch with rocking chairs, outside shower and covered parking area for up to 4 vehicles.
First floor has master suite with queen bed and private bath, and bathroom next to kitchen/living area. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 2 baths. 3 Bedrooms have queen beds and one has a twin/double bunk bed with futon in the large bedroom. House sleeps 9-11 people. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Departure linens & cleaning service costs $130.00 extra. Reserve your week with only a $250.00 security deposit. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your vacation stay.
Enjoy a fun filled day at the beach, relaxing, building sand castles, reading, picking up seashells, riding boogie boards and making lasting memories with your family. Come in at night, cook a steak or hamburger on the grill, eat out on the deck and enjoy the sound of the ocean crashing on the beach. At night,ride the golf cart around, cruise the oceanfront strip, eat ice cream and watch the occasional fireworks display over the ocean.
Oceanlakes offers fun for all ages. Amenties include a recreation center with activities such as bingo, ping pong and guitar hero tournaments, karoake, pool movie nights and more. An arcade, minature golf, olypmic size pool, indoor heated pool,3 kiddie pools/splash zones, 3 snack/ice cream bars, general store, 2 oceanfront playgrounds, basketball courts, skatepark, nature center, horseshoes and 8 lakes available for fishing. Kids camp and surf camp available for an extra fee.
Oceanlakes is a gated community with 24 hour security service and a 10 mph speed limit. All amenities are located on 1 mile of privately owned beach. Feel free to ride your bike or golf cart all around the resort. Golf cart rental and express check in available thru Oceanlakes.
Oceanlakes is located minutes to several Myrtle Beach attractions such as Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, Murrels Inlet Boardwalk, Nascar Speedpark, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Waves Waterpark, Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Ripleys Aquarium, Surfside Flea Market, Batting Cages, Carolina Opry, Legends, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, Deep Sea Fishing & Dolphin Tours, Tanger Shopping Outlets and over 100 golf & Putt Putt courses,restaurants & shopping, too many to list. Discount attraction tickets are available thru Oceanlakes too.

We love Oceanlakes because is has so much to offer for families of all ages, such as relaxing /sunbathing on the beach, taking surfing lessons, skateboarding at skate park, visiting the arcade and game room, playing bingo, going fishing, riding bikes, going on scavenger hunts, playing on the playground, getting ice cream , playing putt-putt, swimming in the pool, playing basketball, riding the golf cart at night on the oceanfront strip and watching fireworks! It's always a lot of fun for everyone in the entire family!

House is in a great location to beach, lake, playground and basketball courts. It is beautifully decorated. Would recommend this home to others to rent. Had a wonderful vacation with our family.
