Grand Panama is the one of the newer resorts in Panama City Beach, and already one of its most popular, located in the heart of the Miracle Strip. We would love for you to experience it by making our condo part of your visit to this beautiful part of the world. Our beachfront unit has over 1,100 square feet of very comfortable living space for you to relax and unwind , or live it up as you choose!
Our beach-front unit is on the 8th floor and has a great view overlooking the coastline as well as the main poolside area. The balcony is perfect for people-watching, reading a good book, or just napping with an ocean breeze!
Everything in the unit has been personally decorated by our family. It has a full-size kitchen, washer & dryer, a spacious living room/dining room area. For entertainment and sleeping arrangements we provide the following:
- Flat-screen 42" TV with DVD player in living room
- Flat-screen 32" TV with DVD player in master bedroom, & 20" flat screen/DVD in 2nd BR
- Stereo with CD capability in kitchen area;
- King bed in Master Bedroom
- Queen bed in Guest bedroom
- Bunk beds in the hallway for kids of all ages;
- Queen sleeper sofa in living room
- Linens & towels are provided for our guests
- complimentary portable beach chairs for guests of our unit
We also have wireless internet access for the guests of our condo.
In addition, the Grand Panama resort complex currently has the following amenities for your use:
• Gated access with 24-hour security
• Several acres of lush tropical landscaping
• Two main pools (one for each tower) with adjoining jacuzzi tubs and kiddie pools;
* The pool at 2nd Tower (a.k.a. the Grand Vista) is heated for winter use

UPDATE: Starting in May 2010, the new Bay County International Airport will be open, with Southwest Airlines running several flights a day into the city from several destinations. Grand Panama is less than 30 minutes' drive from the airport.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Panama Resort
Panama City Beach has some of the prettiest beaches on the Florida Panhandle. This area is also exploding as a vacation destination, with new resorts, attractions, restaurants, and other amenities having been added or planning to be in the very near future. In addition, the new international airport that will open in 2010 is bound to help ensure that PC beach becomes a premier vacation spot on a larger scale.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the view from the balcony. The pools are terrific and the beach access walkway is one of the nicest we've ever seen. We enjoy the retail center within the resort, especially having lunch at 'Another Broken Egg'. Pier Park is just a few minutes away. The bunk beds are one of our favorite features of the condo, and they're a big hit with kids of any size.
