This large home in Breckenridge is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery store, ski shuttles and the gondola. The views of Peaks 8, 9, and 10 are truly unmatched. There are six bedrooms: four with queen-size beds and two with two single beds each; the house has five full baths and an amazing hot tub out back amidst the pines, perfect for apres ski.
This remodeled home was completed in July, 2002. The half-acre lot offers seclusion while being just three blocks off Main Street. Breckenridge is a 140 year old Victorian mining town - a real town. It has more night life than anywhere else in Summit County, with over 200 restaurants and shops. Besides the usual skiing in winter and hiking and biking in summer, Breckenridge offers a summer music festival with orchestral performances from classical to contemporary music.
Other town amenities include: a large fitness center, a Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, world-class skiing, and tons of charm. Nearby Ski Resorts include Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. A major outlet mall is 20 minutes away and the historic Central City casino town is less than an hour away.
This Non-Smoking home also features a vaulted front room/dining room adjoining a large beamed great room complete with TV/VCR. Peaks 8, 9, and 10 can be viewed from these rooms. Among the pines in the rear of the house is a large sheltered hot tub.

this was the only place we found that had 6 full bedrooms with doors and 5 full bathrooms. we had 6 couples stay there and it could not have been better. great location, walking distance from everywhere, shuttle right down the block. hottub is awesome and surrounded by trees and makes you feel like you're out in the woods. restaurants all around and very good ammeneties in the kitchen. would recommend and will return for future vacations :)
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is the second time we have had our extended family vacation at this house. The owners are the most pleasant people possible to communicate with - during the reservation phase, while we were staying in the house (the local caretakers are also great) and after we left. The house was large with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us, and the kitchen, dining and family room areas were large enough to handle all of us, as well as private enough for personal or couple time when it was desired. Most cherished were our times spent on the front porch with a glass or cup of beer, wine, coffee, tea or whatever. These times always led to our best conversations. The views from the porch are fantastic! The house was clean and held more than sufficient linens, soap, kitchen utensils, pillows, towels, blankets, etc. for our stay. (The mother of the two month old child really appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer.) We would highly recommend this house to anyone whe would like to spend any amout of time, any season, in Breckenridge.
Owner response:We, as owners, also love sitting on the porch taking in the views of Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10 - often snow on the tops even in July! We had a family wedding in the front last summer on a beautiful July afternoon. So glad you enjoyed your stay....and come again!

One word describes my families stay here AWESOME the owners could not have been nicer the home is immaculate the views are spectacular we had four couples and two babies and plenty of space and beds. Being a flat lander from Chicago I was overwhelmed by the views. Thanks to the family for sharing this wonderful home with us.we will be back.
