$750 refundable damage deposit due at booking.
50% rent due upon booking - balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
$150 maid fee, non-refundable on all rentals.

We purchased this home new and lived in it for 2 years while building our home in a very special cottage neighborhood 2 miles away (make sure to visit Agritopia while here with its organic fields, farm market, Joe's Farm Grill and Coffee Shop!). It truly reflects our personality and love of this home. We love to entertain here, with its spacious and bright rooms, huge gourmet kitchen and lovely pool and patio area - wonderful any time of year!

Gilbert is a fabulous place to live and visit! Everything here is clean, well-cared for, and more green than any other area of the Valley. As residents, we enjoy the mountain views, and the hiking at San Tan Preserve and Superstition Mountain Park. There are multiple biking and walking trails and paths - and the shopping, golf, and restaurants are second to none!
