This unit is on the top floor of a beautiful Queen Anne house located a mere 4 blocks from the UC Berkeley campus. It has been recently remodeled, fresh paint in all rooms, and new bathroom fixtures with classic claw foot tub and shower. The furnishings are all new, clean, classy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, stove, new microwave and toaster oven, plus it has all the essentials you'll need to cook up fabulous meals with fresh foods from the famous Berkeley Saturday Farmer's Market just a couple of blocks away.
There are also numerous acclaimed restaurants such as Chez Panisse and Cafe Gratitude, and excellent shopping opportunities within easy walking distance from your place. BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) is a few short blocks away giving you access to the entire Bay Area. If you are driving, there is off street parking that will accommodate two cars. Parks for kids to play are only blocks away, and excellent hiking is a short bicycle or car ride from the house.
