Gorgeous 3 story Family vacation rental with 3400 square feet. This will be the place you and your family come back to year after year. Each floor has separate Kitchenette so three families could have the privacy they need while still vacationing together. The neighborhood is a gated community conveniently located in mid Destin 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks away from great shopping.

Facility has a trolley to transport you to the beach or the shopping and also has discounts with the local golf courses which are a few blocks away as well.

The pool is Destin's largest and the setting feels like a luxury resort without all of the people. Very few of the units here are rented so you will have a community feeling.

  • We stayed in this home for the first time ever, after spending a week in Destin every summer for years and years! It is a fabulous home--beautifully decorated, perfect for 3 families (with teens and pre-teens for sure), great location, great pool area! We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and the property and location....the kids had the freedom we allowed and the house was perfect for us--kids on floor 3 and 3 couples in the other 3 bedrooms on the first and second floors. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for 3 families.....the kitchen has everything you can imagine you need! The home is convenient to everything and we will not hesitate to return next summer! Thank you to the Purnell family for our wonderful trip!

  • We had a great time. The house is gorgeous. Very, very nicely decorated!! The neighborhood was great. Pool was perfect especially since we were so close. Great location for the neighborhood since it is in the middle of anywhere you could want to go in Destin. Close to shopping, recreation, etc. Absolutely wonderful.

  • Wow is the best descripition for this house. No detail was overlooked. We had the vacation of a lifetime. We spent the week with 3 families (10 people) and had room to spare.   • WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF STAYING IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN MARCH AND IT IS GEORGOUS INSIDE AND OUT, BUT YOU ALSO HAVE SO MUCH PRIVACY AS NO TWO BEDROOMS ARE BACK TO BACK. THE FURNITURE IS NEW AND THE STYLE IS DIFFERENT IN EVERY BEDROOM AND THE HOUSE IS VERY HOMEY. SITTING ON ONE OF THE TWO PORCHES IS VERY RELAXING.
