This home has it ALL! 5 bedrooms with master bedroom suite downstairs, huge loft area (great for entertaining), upgrades T/O, bright and open kitchen with maple cabinetry and black appliances, spacious family room, and inside laundry room. The Loft is 20' X 12' and big enough for all your guests to play cards and watch cable TV or play video games. There is a Playstation 2 system there for your convenience also!
Go outside and enjoy your very own oasis! The pool is 34' long, 7' deep with waterfall and separate 4' deep, 10 person heated jacuzzi. You can also enjoy our beautiful nights by the firepit where smores are always a hit. You also have within walking distance the public library, aquatic center, fishing pond, golf courses, tennis/racquetball courts, dog park, Surprise Spring training (approx. 1/4 mile) and not far is the World Wildlife Zoo (approx. 2 miles), the Peoria sports complex Baseball facilities (approx. 5 miles), and the Cardinals Stadium (University of Phoenix Stadium) for Football (appox. 10 miles).
This is a great vacation home for events such as: MLB Spring Training, NASCAR, NBA, NFL, tennis and golfing events. Please contact us for more information.
