This home has it ALL! 5 bedrooms/3.5 baths with the master kingsize bedroom and bathroom suite downstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 queens/1 double/1 twin) and 2 baths upstairs with a huge loft area (great for entertaining) also. The Loft is 20' X 12' and big enough for all your guests to play cards, watch movies, or play video games. There is a flat screen tv and a Playstation 2 system in the loft for your entertainment also! Downstairs, the kitchen is bright and spacious with maple cabinetry and black appliances, with a spacious family room, and an inside laundry room.
Enjoy your very own oasis out back! Enjoy the pool which is 34' long, 7' deep with a waterfall and separate 4' deep, 10 person heated jacuzzi! You can also enjoy our beautiful sunsets by the firepit where smore's are always a hit! You also have within walking distance the Surprise Spring Training Facility (approx. 1/4 mile), public library, aquatic center, fishing pond, golf courses, tennis/racquetball courts, dog park, and not far is the World Wildlife Zoo (approx. 2 miles), the Peoria sports complex Baseball facilities (approx. 5 miles), and the Cardinals Stadium (University of Phoenix Stadium) for Football (appox. 10 miles).

This was a family reunion with 14 people staying at the house. The pool was used daily and the house had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and eating area was wonderful for entertaining. The house is overall in wonderful condition and very comfortable. The listing was just as stated except there was no basketball hoop for the pool. The photos are just as shown. The house was clean and the communication was great. I would definitely recommend the house and use it again. Best part stores are just around the corner. PS we went to Chase field for an air conditioned game against the Dodgers if your looking for a fun time out of the heat. They opened the dome at the end for fireworks. Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed at Surprise Farms and it was fantastic. The pictures depicted the property very accurately. The backyard/pool area was a wonderful place to hang out to chit chat, play games, and even have smores in the fire pit. It was very comfortable and private. The kids and even some of the adults loved the pool and spa. The temperature was great. The owner and property manager were very accessible prior to our stay, during our stay, and after our stay. i think anyone would have a wonderful time in this home.

Came down for spring training with 10 people. The house was as the pictures showed. The hot tub and pool were a great relief after being out in the sun. Lots of room for all of us and it was very clean. Nearby stores and places to dine out.

Our club tennis team (14 people) stayed here for 4 nights when we went to Surprise, AZ for a national tournament. We won the tournament and we definitely think that our lodging helped us earn the victory. Everyone loved it and didn't want to leave! From the pool/jacuzzi to the basketball hoop in the driveway, there were plenty of things for each person to do. Everyone was impressed with the spacious rooms and nice furnishings. Both the property owner and manager are extremely prompt, friendly, and helpful. We had no problems at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Rented this property for 5 day visit in early Nov., 2009. House was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful private pool & spa a great plus! Very convenient site, quiet area yet quick access to markets, dining, and shops. Also very close to Sun City if visiting friends/family there. Highly Recommended!
