  We were attending a Babe Ruth Pacific Southwest Regional baseball tournament for one week and the location was perfect. It was within five minutes of Surprise Stadium, several shops, movie theater and we were able to utilize the grass fields that were part of the development for baseball practice.

  We stayed over New Years and had a wonderful time. Property was excellent for our large group as it was extremely comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy our time. Pool was the highlight for the kids and we were so glad we had it heated (additional cost) as it was so much fun! There was one small issue during our stay in which the pool man locked out our controls, on accident, but the owner and manager quickly worked to get the problem resolved...all on New Years Eve! Both were so friendly and worked to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We are so glad to have found this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a superb property to stay while visiting Surprise! We can't wat to get back and hope to visit annually!!!

  We rented this home for a tennis team seeking a national Super Senior 8.0 USTA title. With nine guys and one woman, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, save the 100 degree heat (a real anomaly in April). Kathy, the property manager, and Carolyn, the owner were very flexible and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend the property, the owner, and property manager. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay!

  This is a fine house to stay in, especially if you have a large party of people. Hot tub is great but in order to swim you have to pay an additional fee. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

  Owner response: Swimming is always available year round. The additional fee is based on heating pool to the temperature you desire. Swimming and jacuzzi heating and usage is included in your stay with no additional fee involved.

  House is well equipped and very comfortable. Pictures are very representative of home other than it is larger than it looks. The pool and spa were nice. We had 8 people in the house and never felt crowded. I would definitely recommend this home.

  Spent 5 nights at this beautiful home for a 90th birthday party/family reunion. The home accommodated 10 of us, as well as having 6 more visiting the day of the celebration. With all of us there, there was still ample space to move around without crowding. We were able to spread out in the kitchen and pool area very comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms are very large with ample closet space in each room. The home was very clean and the information left by the owners was very helpful. The house was as depicted in the photos, although I think that the house was even better than in the pictures! Dealing with Carolyn was very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental and am hoping to enjoy it again for my mother's 91st birthday!

  This was a family reunion with 14 people staying at the house. The pool was used daily and the house had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and eating area was wonderful for entertaining. The house is overall in wonderful condition and very comfortable. The listing was just as stated except there was no basketball hoop for the pool. The photos are just as shown. The house was clean and the communication was great. I would definitely recommend the house and use it again. Best part stores are just around the corner. PS we went to Chase field for an air conditioned game against the Dodgers if your looking for a fun time out of the heat. They opened the dome at the end for fireworks. Thank you for the hospitality.

  My neice graduated from highschool in Arizona and there was 12 of us coming from different states to spend the week. We couldn't imagine spending the week in a hotel. We stayed at Surprise Farms and it was fantastic. The pictures depicted the property very accurately. The backyard/pool area was a wonderful place to hang out to chit chat, play games, and even have smores in the fire pit. It was very comfortable and private. The kids and even some of the adults loved the pool and spa. The temperature was great. The owner and property manager were very accessible prior to our stay, during our stay, and after our stay. i think anyone would have a wonderful time in this home.
