Truly one of the best lake and mountain views around...This large (2,500 sq. feet) recently remodeled custom home offers sweeping, unobstructed PANORAMIC LAKE & MOUNTAIN VIEWS from almost every room including the living room, kitchen, dining room, master suite and 2 guest bedrooms. Enjoy the hard to beat lake views from 2 huge levels of private decks (off living, dining, master, and 2 guest rooms). 2.5 baths.
This upscale home is beautifully decorated with a "Lake Lodge" feel with a level entry. Inside there are lots of windows for you to enjoy the wonderful lake views. You can sit along the wide rock gas fireplace which is the focal point for the living room with rustic beams and a large antler chandelier.
Four sliding glass doors out to large decks allow you to enjoy your magnificent lake views, even while you’re indoors. A large updated kitchen features a new dishwasher, new microwave, new oven as well as a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, breakfast bar and island. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a coffee maker (we provide coffee and tea), toaster, and condiments. Barbeque your dinner with a gas BBQ and enjoy the views from the dining room deck picnic table. A nice wine and snack gift basket is also provided when you arrive. We have a large rustic dining room table that seats 6 comfortably and a breakfast bar that seats 3.
From the large master suite, you can wake to the breathtaking views of the lake and enjoy the gas log fireplace from your king bed and watch TV or a movie. The master also has a private bathroom with dual sinks, tub and shower. Enjoy your morning coffee out on your own large private deck. All beds are made up with soft, clean sheets and plenty of towels are provided. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, comfy and welcoming environment. This is not your typical "rental". A beach pass is also provided in the summer months to enjoy the private beaches (Tavern Bay is only 2 miles away).
A large bonus room is set up with a king bed, large sofa and library stocked with numerous books and a small private deck with table and chairs. Another guest bedroom has a queen bed and large private lake view deck. There is a comfy fourth bedroom with two twin beds which would be great for the kids.
There is wireless Internet for those with a laptop, cable TV, board games, cards and poker chips as well as videos to keep you occupied while you snuggle up on the leather sofas with four relaxing recliners.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Arrowhead
We purchased our home several years ago due to the location and the unmatched lake and mountain views. We did a lot of remodeling over the last couple of years to give it a fresh, lake lodge feel.

We own a dock at Tavern Bay and provide our guests with a beach pass so they can go swimming, have a picnic, enjoy the playground and snack bar.

We have 3 little girls under the age of 10 and it was their first time in snow. Amazing! The house was great and the views of Lake Arrowhead were breathless. The owners were very accomodating and did a great job of making my wife and I feel like the house was ours. I would highly recommend this place. It was a Great Thanksgiving!

This home is amazing and was the perfect getaway for our family Thanksgiving. We had 8 adults and 2 kids staying here and all had a great time. The kitchen was perfect for cooking the feast, and the home was so spacious and comfortable (especially the recliner couches, many of us napped there). The kids loved the secret play room under the stairs, and the best part were the views!!!! Especially when it snowed on our last night. The owner is a dream to work with and its a beautiful mountain retreat!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at your home. The view is spectacular! Your home is very comfortable and kid friendly. We went swimming at Burnt Mill Beach and walked along the ALA trail. We took the Arrowhead Queen tour, ate at Papgayos, rode the Merry-go-Round twice and visited the Coach store 3 times! I see why you have a house here. It is a beautiful home and area. Hope to be back!

What a wonderful respite! We came from 4 cities and had 4 generations together for Father's Day. We enjoyed relaxing in your beautiful home, taking walks, waterskiing, and horseback riding The view is fabulous and your "invisible" hospitality is gracious. It was a blessing to be here - thank you.

All I have to say is WOW! Marilyn was such a wonderful communicator. And I totally agree with the previous comment. It totally exceeded our expectations. My friends were very impressed with the decor, a perfect place for a retreat. Very spacious, and such a beautiful view. I highly recommend this place to the highest degree!!!!
