Welcome to the Blue Ridge Mountains !This 2100 sq. ft. beautifully renovated three story home is just minutes from Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure. The property sits on Bat Cave Mountain and the Rocky Broad River below. You and your family will enjoy all the comforts of home...We have a new poker, black jack,and craps table for 6, and a new pool table. A childrens play area with many board games,books,game chairs ,and a TV for DVD's and video game systems
.Just outside is a large covered porch and yard for a nice afternoon picnic and a game of ball. Don't forget your binoculars for some serious night gazing, the sky is just full of stars. The main floor favorite is the family room with the gas log fireplace and oversized sofas.Watch a movie on dish network or take a stroll out on your private balcony on the upper level for views of the Blue Ridge Line .For the chef of the future, we have granite countertops , stainless steel appliances , filtered water and a kitchenette. The kids will love the camp style bedroom, with three twin beds,several books ,stuffed animals, and a private balcony.Mom can enjoy a nice hot bath in the jetted tub ,while dad is cooking up a storm on the new stainless BBQ. The queen bedroom is across the camp room and master bathroom. The views of the Blue Ridge Mountains can be seen from most of the 27 windows.Sleeping on the terrace is a favorite with teenagers in the comfy new sleeping bags, the kids just love pointing out the dippers.
The Rocky Broad River is a 15 min. walk down the mountain side ,from here .The main floor balcony just off the dining room, is a perfect way to end day , and to recap your adventures with the family.

My family and I have been visiting Chimney Rock and the Blue Rige mountains for 10 years. We loved it so much we just had to look for a vacation property. The Blue Rige Mountains has so much to offer for the entire family. This property had everything we wanted in a vacation home. The many balconies and windows is a perfect back drop for photos and spectacular night scenes with thousands of stars !
The Unique Benefits at this House
My children just love the new addition of the large gameroom. We just put in a new pool table and poker table downstairs. All the rocking chairs off the balconies make it perfect way to end your day. The fire place is a great way to spend cool nights together. We have a large yard for playing ball and picnics. The upsatairs bathroom is new with fossil tile and a jetted bathtub and a private balcony off the kids camp room.
Emagine spending the day with your family at the beach right in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mountains ! The views are spectacular !

Great Family Vacation ,My husband, myself and our four kids had a GREAT time on our first trip to Chimney Rock. Home is great for kids and families,the gameroom with the pool table was a huge success with the entire family. The house is centrally located to Ashville, Hendersonville,Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Great place for a relaxing vacation!
