Accommodations: House - 1 Bedroom + Attached Unit - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 4)

1 BR Suite with electric fireplace and 32" cable TV, DVD, VCR and movie library - South Lake Tahoe Lodging Affordable, cozy and convenient accommodations with private bath and entrance, for your family in our lovely home in South Lake Tahoe. Our large Master Suite consists of 1 or 2 bedrooms. The rate depends on the number of bedrooms you need. MAXIMUM 3 adults or family of 4 (mom & dad and 2 children). The large Master suite boasts cathedral ceilings, comfortable king size bed with memory foam topper, new kitchenette, sitting area with 2 lazyboy recliners, large 32" Cable TV, DVD and VCR player, large VCR movie collection, cozy electric fireplace, plus table for dining or computer area with FREE Wireless internet included. There is a deck/balcony off this room via sliding glass doors which is a nice place to sit during the summer and enjoy the lovely view or watch the snow fall in winter. There is an additional bedroom with 2 single beds for the kids, or if you prefer, a bedroom with a queen bed. The new efficiency kitchenette has various kitchen items, utensils, glassware and dishes for your use. If you do not want to "eat in" there are lots of restaurants within a 5-6 minute drive. We are located in a very nice, safe area and only 3-4 miles from Heavenly Valley Skiing, Stateline Casinos, and Lake activities. Sierra Ski Ranch, Kirkwood Ski Area, Northstar Ski Area, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are within 1 hr drive. There is lots to do all year long. Virginia City and Carson City are only a few hours away. Reno Airport is about 1 - 1/2 hours drive with car rentals available there or in South Lake Tahoe. There is bus transportation from the airport to South Lake Tahoe area. Our family lives downstairs so you have someone on-site, and will gladly help you with any questions. We will meet you on arrival and keep the driveway cleared of snow for your vehicle. We only have parking for 1 medium size car. We prefer to have only 2 adults, and/or small families. This is a "family" residence, not a party house! Drugs and loud noise will not be tolerated. NO pets and no smoking allowed. Discounted rates are available for those who want to stay a month or longer. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Winter monthly rate is $1500.00. We are now taking ski leases and fall reservations.

Cleaning fee is $50 for 1 room, $75 for 2 rooms
Refundable security deposit is $300.00. Fully refundable if no damages.

Extra bedroom add $15.00 per night
