The Palm Villas is one of the smallest condo complexes in Mauna Lani Resort, with only 44 units in total, unlike most with over 100 units. The Palm Villas at Mauna Lani offers an incredible experience for the vacationer looking to get a real taste of “Hawaiiana”. Our condo sits on the sixteenth green of the Francis H. Ii Brown North Course. Watch golfers from the lanai while enjoying a Pina Coloda.
On the grounds of Mauna Lani is the resort's historic preserve with ancient shelter caves and walking trails surrounding fishpond preserves. Mauna Lani Resort was named the only US property in North America to be honored as one of the world's Top Luxury Eco-Friendly Beach Destinations in Condé Nast Traveler magazine. The Palm Villas at Mauna Lani's town home condominiums are reminiscent of historic Hawaiian plantation architecture, with interiors tastefully furnished in contemporary island style. An open and airy feeling is created by a nine-foot vaulted ceiling. A covered lanai adjoins the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom and bath feature a walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub and separate shower. The kitchen is accented with sleek granite countertops and stainless GE appliances. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit.
The Palm Villas at Mauna Lani is steps to the world famous Mauna Lani Spa , and a short drive to superb dining and shopping at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel, Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows. Walk or drive to the Shops at Mauna Lani. These fine shops include Tommy Bahamas Restaurant & Retail, along with Starbuck's, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Surf Shops and Art Galleries. Seven world-class golf courses and world famous beaches are within a two to fifteen minute drive of the Villas.
Finally, if your not golfing, shopping or exploring the island, take time to enjoy your private beach club, where snorkeling, swimming, reading a book or sun bathing is at your fingertips until lunch is served at the beach club’s café.

You are within walking distance to our private beach club, the Mauna Lani Hotel and Bungalows, The Shops at Mauna Lani where there are wonderful restaurants including Tommy Bahama's and Ruth's Chris. There is also a great gourmet grocery store that has every thing you need and more. You can take walks through the lava tubes, be amazed by the ancient petroglyphs, and relax on benches within the historic fresh water fish ponds. Enjoy night after night of beautiful sunsets.

This was a wonderful condo for our week vacation. Everything was 100% accurate and the owners were a pleasure to work with. This was a girls getaway for four of us and more than enough room. We actually loved the quiet nature to this area over being in a large resort. Having the grill right on the patio was such a great plus. There are amazing beaches nearby and the beach club has a nice menu for dining. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone heading to the big island.

This is THE most romantic, exciting, adventures, unforgettable vacation our family has been blessed enough to take! This condo is the perfect place to come home to after days at the beach or walks to unknown places or drives to the opposite side of the island! The owners have made this stay just so perfect. I consider myself a vacation home expert and as far as value for your money, it doesn't get better than this. A+++++. I hope, pray, wish that our journeys bring us back to this unbelievable place!

this is the perfect rental for the kohala coast of the big island. twenty minutes from the airport this mauna lani condo has it all. 3 bedrooms, one with two beds, two baths, lanai overlooking golf course, a/c, bbq, and modern decor. the owner dinah is very nice. she gave us a welcome guide book that was very useful. the pool is just the perfect setting for relaxing. access to the beach club has the best snorkeling i''ve seen in many trips to the islands. the mauna lani hotel is right there and the shopping center has everything. we went to costco in kona but could have shopped at the market right here and gotten everything we needed. definitely an A+. you can't go wrong.
