2 BEDROOM TOWNHOME FOR RENT IN FRISCO, COLORADO - SUMMIT COUNTY

We are renting our very nice 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Frisco, Colorado.

The property has a 2 car garage on the main level, with a closet to store all of your skis and equipment.

A living room with love seat and a queen sized pull out sofa, gas fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, half bath and laundry on the second level.

On the third level there is 1 king bedroom with it's own bathroom with jetted tub and a queen bedroom with second full bathroom on the opposite side of the third level.

It is an end unit so you have more sunshine and privacy, but it is also only about 50 steps away from the recreational facilities that include indoor heated swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis and racquetball courts.

The townhome is centrally located near shopping, dining and Frisco’s Main Street and can sleep 6 people comfortably in beds. (2 more on single sized pull out cots and up to 2 more on sleeping bags in front of the fireplace.)

For those of you that don’t know Frisco, it is a small mountain town just off of Interstate 70, about an 80 minute drive from Denver and centrally located (10-15 minute drive) to 5 of the top ski areas in Colorado (Copper, A-Basin, Loveland, Keystone and Breckenridge) and just a few minutes more to Vail and Beaver Creek.

The property also backs up to a Nature Preserve on Lake Dillon where there is a bike path that goes to most of the ski resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail.

If you don't want to drive, you can easily walk to Safeway, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, ski rental and other shops and restaurants.

Located just behind the Safeway is the FREE shuttle bus depot that takes you to any ski resort you choose.

  • We stayed a week in July and had a fantastic time. This townhome is even better than the description and has many, many extras - even WiFi. We really enjoyed the close proximity of the nature preserve and the bike trails. Sharlene and Jeremy, the owners, were great to work with. We can't wait to come back!

  • Our family - son, daughter son-in-law, two grandkids and a dog stayed at this condo in August. We had a wonderful time, the condo was perfect, well equiped with everything and comfortable beds. A perfect location to a foot path and bike path to Lake Dillon and early morning/late evening walks were beautiful. We all loved it. Found some great fishing spots. We plan to go back as we like to do this every summer as a get-away before school starts. Owners were so accomodating and easy to work with.

  • Had a great experience. Nice and cozy. We packed in 10 people and it was great. With two bed rooms, two cots and a pull out couch, onle 2 others had to bring anair mattress. Great times were had by all.

  • This is the second time my Mom and I have stayed at this Frisco townhome. Our first experience was great, and so was this one! We love the townhome layout, the indoor access from garage to home makes it easier to unpack/pack cars, and the new wood floors in the kitchen and bathrooms really add to the overall charm of this townhome! Working with Sharlene is always a pleasure and we plan to come back as often as possible!

  • Just finished a week's stay here. It was so peaceful and we kept our daughter's 2 black labs. They love the nature preserve and I was able to let them off leash. The relaxation of the hot tubs and the proximity to restaurants, & shopping were great. The townhome was very clean and had every amenity that a person could want. Everything was furnished except food. Hope to come back again.

  • My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome in Frisco. The townhome was perfect in every way (size, cleanliness, location) and we loved having the bike path so close to us (we used it every day). We really appreciated that the townhome was pet-friendly...our furry friend loved staying there as much as we did! The owner (Sharlene) was wonderful to work with and we'll definitely be back sometime soon!

  • Sharlene has to be the nicest owner/renter. She responded quickly initially and throughout the process and stay. The place is great, clean, bright, right by the pool/hot tub--not to mention town and great skiing! Our two teenagers loved it too, except they think there should be a bigger TV-ha! Glad it isn't.
