We are renting our very nice 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Frisco, Colorado.
The property has a 2 car garage on the main level, with a closet to store all of your skis and equipment.
A living room with love seat and a queen sized pull out sofa, gas fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, half bath and laundry on the second level.
On the third level there is 1 king bedroom with it's own bathroom with jetted tub and a queen bedroom with second full bathroom on the opposite side of the third level.
It is an end unit so you have more sunshine and privacy, but it is also only about 50 steps away from the recreational facilities that include indoor heated swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis and racquetball courts.
The townhome is centrally located near shopping, dining and Frisco’s Main Street and can sleep 6 people comfortably in beds. (2 more on single sized pull out cots and up to 2 more on sleeping bags in front of the fireplace.)
For those of you that don’t know Frisco, it is a small mountain town just off of Interstate 70, about an 80 minute drive from Denver and centrally located (10-15 minute drive) to 5 of the top ski areas in Colorado (Copper, A-Basin, Loveland, Keystone and Breckenridge) and just a few minutes more to Vail and Beaver Creek.
The property also backs up to a Nature Preserve on Lake Dillon where there is a bike path that goes to most of the ski resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail.
If you don't want to drive, you can easily walk to Safeway, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, ski rental and other shops and restaurants.
Located just behind the Safeway is the FREE shuttle bus depot that takes you to any ski resort you choose.

Why the Owner Chose Lagoon Townhomes
I chose this Lagoon townhome over many others I looked at primarily due to the bright sunny end unit. However, I also love the great central location to the other ski resorts, close proximity to Main Street Frisco and the fact that it is walking distance to Lake Dillon. I have 2 Labradors so the off leash Nature Preserve behind the Lagoon Complex was another driving factor in my decision to buy this wonderful townhome!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
When I come up from Denver to stay at my place with friends and family, we always enjoy going out to the shops and restaurants in Frisco. We also enjoy cooking for ourselves and staying in to watch a movie and curl up in front of the fireplace. The indoor pool and hot tubs are a nice treat and my dogs absolutely love to run and play in the Nature Preserve.
