Comfortable Living Area - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Villa This spacious 1250 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 private full baths, ground floor Villa is recently updated (Fall 2007) and professionally decorated. It is located a short 5 min. stroll to the beach in the quiet, scenic, park like setting of the West Hyde Park section on the grounds of the beautifully landscaped, private, gated oceanfront resort of Kingston Plantation. This unit has been recently painted with new carpeting thru out, all new furnishings and décor. This is a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS UNIT. The unit is capable of sleeping 6-8 comfortably. The Master bedroom features a KING SIZE BED, cable TV, ceiling fan, full length mirrors and private full bath area. The Second bedroom is equipped with Two (2) QUEEN SIZE BEDS, cable TV, ceiling fan and private full bath area. The Living Room/ Dining Room Combo have a Queen Size sofa convertible,” cable TV w/ VCR/DVD player and dining room seating for six. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach on the spacious deck that looks out onto a park like setting of shady trees, plush green grass and southern foliage. All linens, towels, complimentary start-up of toilet and paper towels and end of stay cleaning are included. Think you need it; leave it home, we’ve got it. Our Villa is fully equipped with central a/c, Hi-speed DSL internet access, local phone service, 3 cable TVs, VCR/DVD player, ceiling fans, full size washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryers located in each bath area, as well as a full size well stocked kitchen w/ all appliances. This Villa is centrally located a short five minute stroll to the beach and pool area, with an available free shuttle service if needed and convenient to the resort’s 50,000 square foot Health and Sport Club. The Resort is centrally located in Myrtle Beach’s well renowned Restaurant Row area. All Myrtle Beach has to offer is a short 5 to 15 minute drive away: Broadway At the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, Palace Theatre, House of Blues, Hard Rock Park (April 2008), Carolina Opry, Tanger Shopping Outlets, NASCAR Speed Park, Alligator Adventure, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium, MB Pelicans Minor League Baseball Stadium, Dixie Stampede, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Miniature Golf, and much more.
