TOP FLOOR 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Penthouse with 1,500 square feet Private Balcony that has its own private hot tub. There are 3 King Beds, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa; sleeping 12-14 people comfortably.
Your Master Suite is nothing short of Spectacular. 450 Square Ft. Master Suite with King Bed, Wet Bar area with sink and private refrigerator. While laying in bed you will have a breathtaking View of the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor.
The Master Bathroom will take your breath away, complete with Jacuzzi tub that also has a view of the ocean and the City of Destin, a Walk In shower with body sprays, 2 separate commodes, double vanity with granite, and bidet.
The guest rooms in this condo are incredibly comfortable as well. Every guest room has TV's, DVD's, private balcony, and even their own full bathroom. Each guest room will have an awesome view of the City of Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay.
To top off the accommodations, this Penthouse has a spacious Wrap Around kitchen with Island counter in middle which provides plenty of room to prepare meals and to entertain your family or firm. You can see both the Gulf of Mexico in one direction and Choctawhatchee Bay in the other direction from this kitchen. No other kitchen in town will compare.

These facilities are only a quick 2 minute drive OR short walk down the beach. What is the S.B.III GoldClub? This is a select group of private portfolio condos owned and operated by an experienced resort professional dedicated to provide exceptional service. All of the condos in the GoldClub come with your very own dedicated Concierge. Your concierge is a Destin native of over 30 years who can help you build a truly memorable vacation experience by informing you of all the special things to do and see while in town that you might not already know about. He will also at the property during most of your stay or close by to help facilitate any issues that you may have with your condo. We know that that you may be worried about renting a condo privately as you might feel that you will not receive good “service.” We want to assure you that you will have our full attention while in town and that you will receive perhaps better, more personalized customer service than through another agency who has to handle hundreds of guests at a time. This dedicated employee is full time and is responsible for only 6 condos.
