Enjoy the sandy beach of Echo Lake State Park, the incredible views and rock climbing at Cathedral Ledge, or the golf course at Hale's Location, all only 2 minutes down the street. The beautiful waterfalls of Diana's Baths are only 5 minutes down West Side Road. Take the kids to StoryLand, let them play at the nearby playground, swim at a river swimming hole or catch a ride on the North Conway Scenic Railroad. Shopaholics love the huge tax-free outlet complex less than 10 minutes away. The Farm by the River is across the street, with horseback riding and winter sleigh rides. At the end of the day, relax on the farmer's porch or grill on the comfortable back deck while the kids run around the enormous, 1 acre fenced yard. After dark, toast marshmallows at the gas firepit and relax under the stars, then watch the fireworks or see the lights of Cranmore from the bedroom windows!
The home is beautifully furnished, comfortable and climate-controlled with radiant heated floors and central air conditioning. Relax on the comfortable leather sofas while enjoying the built-in widescreen flat panel TV with surround sound, Ipod connection and DVD player in the fireplaced living room. We have Cable TV and DVD player in both the master bedroom and finished basement, as well as TV and VCR with a collection of children's VHS tapes in the childrens' bedroom. Unlimited free telephone calling within the US and whole-house WiFi complete the electronics amenities.
Modern kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast peninsula in addition to a farmhouse dining room. Master suite has vaulted ceiling, a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. The huge second bedroom has a queen-sized four poster bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a den/4th bedroom with a daybed and pull out trundle which comfortably sleeps two additional people. The main bathroom on the second floor has an air-jetted tub and full-sized washer and dryer. A third bathroom with walk-in shower is located on the first floor.
French doors lead from the dining room to the 16 X 16 Trex deck with a gas grill for family barbecues and gas firepit for cozy Autumn evenings. (The deck and porch are not cleared of winter snow).
The finished basement entertainment area offers a fourth full bathroom, a second TV area with Cable, DVD and Playstation 2, and a separate game room with traditional dartboard (just for adults, please), billiards, air hockey and stereo with in-wall speakers and multiple CD changer.

Why the Owner Chose North Conway
We have always been in love with the area--it is so beautiful and there is so much to do. When we decided to marry in October, 2004, there was nowhere else we would rather celebrate than under the beautiful foliage of the White Mountains. We were thrilled to find a lot in the perfect location. We spent a few years pitching a tent and camping on it during summer weekends, until we were finally able to build our home during the Fall and Winter 2007-2008.

We had a fantastic time visiting North Conway. The area is fantastic, with wonderful rivers and mountains to entertain a family with 5 children and 3 adults. The house was wonderful, and having the game room downstairs is a HUGE plus with so many children. The yard is fantastic, and the kids loved petting the horses next door. The house is brand new, however, the pre-arranged cleaning services had not come before our visit. The owners were fantastic. They jumped in a car, and drove the 5 hours from their vacation to come the next day and clean themselves. This is a beautiful spot, 5 minutes from everything, and the home is wonderful, with wonderful owners.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

We rented this house for 5 nights and had a great time! The house is totally new, everything was clean and nice. The location is also great. Just 5 minutes from downtown North conway.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Warm and inviting open floor plan. With 3 floors to spread out, lots of entertainment for the kids, and a kitchen to die for - this house makes an excellent location for a family get-a-way. We loved the location, close to town and the ski resorts but you would never know it.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
