Heritage Palms is a private, gated golf and tennis community situated on over 500 park like acres. It has two par 72 - 18 hole championship golf courses the Royal and Sabal, practice putting and chipping greens, 8 HarTru lighted tennis courts, spa, cabana, 9 heated swimming pools - one just a few steps outside this vacation unit - and a 28,400 square foot club house that serves a full dinner menu, a fabulous Sunday brunch, and bar. It also contains a well stocked golf pro shop, tennis pro shop, complete fitness center with fitness director, and an aqua driving range that fronts a 38 acre lake next to the main club house.
A membership transfer fee of $200 provides access to all amenities. Green fees would be $18 and you will have access to all the other amenities the club has to offer for you and your guest for your entire stay.
King bed in Master, attached bathroom with shower and 2 sinks also 2 large walk-in closets, bedroom also features access to the lanai and a TV with remote. There is plenty of storage in the dresser, chest, and 2 bedside tables included in this room.
Queen bed in 2nd bedroom with a full bath across the hall. Plenty of storage in this room as well with a large closet, dresser, and bedside table. This room also has a TV with a remote.
Our condo is located on the 17th fairway of the Champion Sabal Golf Course.
Also if you are a baseball fan you are only minutes away from two fabulous spring training venues. The Minnesota Twins are only four miles away and the Boston Red Sox is a 20 minute drive away.
If you want to relax on the beautiful sandy beaches you are only minutes away from Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beaches.
