Walk in the front door and all you see is sparkling emerald green water everywhere in front of you. It is a sight to behold. Almost takes your breath away. Being right on the East Pass, watching the fishing boats go by from morning til night is very entertaining. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. Loved the textured walls in every room. The bedding in the two king size bedrooms that overlook the water were of the highest decorator quality and the furniture was lovely. Very elegant. The master bath was nice, as well, with great texture on the walls and roomy. The tiled floor throughout the condo was great with lovely rugs under the furniture. Having the washer/dryer in the third bedroom was very handy. The best part was waking up in the morning and seeing the water and boats from the wrap around windows and sliding glass doors while laying in bed in the master bedroom. Nice big refrigerator and all the appliances, dishes and utensils you could possibly want. As far as we are concerned, there is no better place to stay other than on Holiday Isle. It is so quiet and private. No hustle and bustle like being in a big high rise condo directly facing the beach in downtown Destin. You can still hear waves rolling to shore from this unit. There is sand for sunning and you can walk along the shore to the gulf if you want. Although it is the pass you can still get your feet wet at the water's edge. So safe for small children with parents supervising. The Harbor/Marina is so beautiful and adds an extra touch other than just the beach, even if you're not a boater. Because it is a small condo building, it is so easy to park close in covered parking when coming and going. The restaurants are plentiful and great. We especially liked Harbor Docks, The Back Porch, Louisiana Lagniappe (dressy casual) and AJ's (for lunch outside over looking the harbor or early evening). Do you get the impression that we liked this place :) It just doesn't get much better. Thanks, so much Danielle. Would love to come again when we can.

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving here and it couldn't have been better. The view was breathtaking, and watching the dolphins was fun. The kitchen has everything you would need to put on a holiday dinner. Lots of pots, pans, and dishes. The decor was comfortable, very stylish and clean. Having a washer and dryer was nice. It's convenient location, makes it the perect place. We can't wait to return in the spring with our boat. The marina is an added plus.

We had a fabulous time! This corner unit was perfect for our two families. It was clean and a good size unit. Not only was the view beautiful, the sunset view was awesome. The beach nearby was perfect for our young toddlers without having to worry about them being swept up in an under-toe. It also was the best spot for snorkeling. The fishes were swimming literally around near our feet. Target and Winn Dixie was conveniently near. This was a much needed vacation. I hope to return again. Thank you Danielle!

My husband and I took 4 children and our boat and had the best vacation ever! The condo was absolutely perfect! I couldn't think of anything it didn't have. The location was ideal for boaters. We rented the boat slip, right behind the condo, and could be on crab island in a couple of minutes. We brought our snorkeling gear and had the jetties right outside for the best snorkeling in Destin. From our balcony we could see the fishing boats coming a going through the pass, dolphins, fireworks....too much to name. Thanks, Danielle, for a fabulous week....we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Waterview Towers unit. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean and the views are some of the best in Destin. I would highly recommend this place to any of my family or friends. It is at a very convenient location for us, especially with bringing our boat. The owners were very nice and very accommodating. I'm looking forward to going back!!

We feel very blessed to have come across Danielle and this wonderful condo. We’ve been coming back to this unit for several years. It is our home away from home. The unit is very clean and beautifully decorated with nice ceramic floors and a long leather sofa and love seat in the living area. The beds are also very comfortable, and the washer and dryer are an extra plus. A large new refrigerator was also added last year. It is an end unit and very private. Holiday Isle is a very safe place to walk, ride bikes, fish or just sit and watch the sunsets. Extras from the balcony are watching the old airplanes perform, fireworks display (holidays), dauphins, kayaking and most of all we love watching the boats go in and out East Pass. Our favorite places to eat are Dewey Destin Seafood, Callahan’s, Another Broken Egg, Mellow Mushroom, and PF Changs.

Had a fantastic week! Place was perfect for me and my 3 children. It was very very nice, but not so perfect that I'd be afraid every time they sat down. Beds are incredibly comfy....living space nice and open.....INCREDIBLE views!! I'm telling you....it does not get amy better!

Danielle, Thank you so much for the last minute booking. We loved your condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Incredible views of the East Pass and Marlar Bridge. We got an extra treat with a ring side seat from the balcony of an air show. Got some great pictures. Also watched the Memorial Day fireworks from balcony while we ate pizza from Mellow Mushroom(another treat). The kids loved having their own room with the washer and dryer. They were excited about drying their own beach towels. Blessed and favored!

Just came back from a week in Destin and could not get over how they showed off every afternoon! So close to the beach and so viewable from the balcony with the crystal blue water!!!

Unbelievable...This place is amazing! Danielle is the nicest hostess. We were only able to stay 2 nights this trip, but we are already planning our return. Everything was perfect. We could not have asked for more. The other residents were very friendly and helpful. I'm almost afraid to share this great place with everyone else!!! It may book up too quick. Thank you so much for sharing your unit with us. We enjoyed it very much! We have stayed at Waterview Towers the past few years & absolutely love it! We have been coming to Destin now for 12 years & it is by far the best place to stay. It has the best of both worlds! Enjoy awesome ocean views, sunsets, dolphins that swim right by, boats coming in & out of harbor, too much to name. Room was perfect for our family & look forward to renting again real soon.
