Our condo was completely remodeled as of 1/2008. Bay View Grand Ixtapa is a private, exclusive, gated resort that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and islands with 24 hour security. We feature Cable TV with a 40” brand new Samsung LCD TV, and WiFi internet access and computer. Ours is the most well appointed condo in Bay View Grand, and in Ixtapa. All beds have allergy-friendly vinyl covers, plus premium mattress pads. We also offer a twin Aero Bed mattress. A "Pack and Play" crib is provided along with a high chair. We provide child life vests for children to swim safely in the ocean. Secure walk in closet for valuables, and a full DVD library with films for both children and adults. Bay View Grand is the jewel of Ixtapa, and our newly redecorated condo with WiFi, Premium Cable Channels and new appliances is the top choice in the development.
