This unit is one of the best in the whole building. All the comforts of home with lovely furniture, art work and bedding. The Curry's are great people and go out of their way to make your stay the best ever!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed at the Curry's condo in March, and it is just WONDERFUL. In addition to being beautifully decorated, they have thought of everything. From super-comfortable beds, to our own WiFi and phone, to HBO. They even had sand toys and life vests for my kids. We met another family that showed us their condo, and it didn't even compare. Great condo, great property, great vacation!

Just spent 2 weeks in Curry's condo and and it was a great experience. We have been coming to Ixtapa for 25 years and this is the first time we have rented a condo. We all agree it was much more comfortable than a hotel and the staff at the Bay View Grand was exceptional. This particular unit was so well appointed and comfortable we felt like we were in our own home. Would definitely rent this condo again!

We stayed at The BayView Grand and more percisely at North 304 April 4-12 2009. We have been to Ixtapa/Zhiuat on six different occasions and we have never enjoyed the accomodations more than at Jorri's place. The bedrooms were great, with unbelievably comfortable beds. The kitchen is spacious and has every convienence. The dining room and living room are spacious, comfortable and enjoy a terrific view. The three different TV's are equipped with cable and many different english viewing options. The DVD collection is also expansive. The balcony enjoys a great view, comfortable chairs and a great hot tub. The bay View Grand is a great facility- 2 great pools, 2 snack houses with great food and drinks, tremendous seating/lounge chairs at the pool and beach, workout room, internet access, game room and very helpful staff. This is as good as it gets in Ixtapa and Jorri is great to work with. Don't look at any other condo-THIS IS THE ONE!!!!. Please feel free to follow up with me about more info.

Hi Jori, If Andy hasn't already communicated this to you, I wanted to let you know that we're all having a fabulous time at the Bay View Grand and are enjoying your unit very much! The location has been perfect, and you've done an amazing job with the atmosphere of the room and all the amenities. This is the first trip we've taken to Ixtapa where my kids have been here at the same time as other kids, and specifically kids in the same age range. They play with one family in the morning and another in the afternoon, swimming and making sand castles. I think it's all about timing, and this past week has been perfect. We're crossing our fingers that the room is available for the same period next year, in the hopes that we'll be here at the same time as a few other families we've met this trip so our kids play together again. So I wanted to check to see if February 8-22, 2010, which I think aligns with the dates we have this year (Monday-Monday) works for you. I look forward to hearing back from you! And thanks again for all the pointers with the room via email. You've been very accessible and helpful, which has been wonderful. Next year we'll be completely in the know. Thanks again!

We stayed in the condo for a week in May 2008 with our 2 children ages 9 and 13. We were very pleased with the quality of the accomondations and the weekly rate. The condo itself had all of the comforts of home and more so. With the full kitchen, we were able to shop at the local mercado for several meals as well as snacks. The condo was spacious and comfortably decorated. And the kids gave big thumbs up to the jacuzzi on the balcony. The resort itself was beautiful and many of those we spoke with said it was the nicest accomodations in town. One of the great things about the resort is many of the other condo owners are Mexico City residents. Our kids were able to play and speak with the other kids and they had a great time.

My sister and I stayed in Jori's condo for a week to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. This place was fabulous! All of the attention and detail that Jori has given this condo really made it feel like a home away from home. My parents were staying in another condo in the BVG and although it was nice, they were extremely jealous of ours! The condo had everything you needed and then some. The furnishings in the condo were great and the BVG grounds were spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly and we were well taken care of. Thank you Jori for making our vacation wonderful!

Well, sadly, I write that we are now back at home in Minnesota with frozen lakes and spatterings of snow in the backyard. Ugh!! We certainly enjoyed our time in Ixtapa and want to thank you for your tremendous follow-up to any and all of our questions. Your place in exquisite and extremely comfortable. My sister-in-law and I stayed at this lovely condo for 1 week at the end of January/2008. We made very last minute plans so we didn't know what we would find. We needn't have worried. The condo was truly wonderful and nicely appointed (loved the deck jacuzzi)..... quiet location, gorgeous views, comfortable atmosphere, beautiful pools, friendly staff. We hated to leave and are looking forward to coming back.

4 adults rented this condo for 17 days in Feb/Mar 2008. The Bay View Grande is spectacular. We were very impressed with its cleanliness, security, staff, beautiful pools and gardens and reasonable meal and drink prices at the pool side cafe. The condo itself was spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped (although dishwasher wasn't available) with a beautiful view. It was an advantage to be on the northsed as one misses the hot, late morning and afternoon sun. Lot's of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would we return to this condo? ABSOLUTELY.
