Come and enjoy yourself in our bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the beautiful Scottsdale Ranch area. The condo is an end unit and very quiet.
It is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. There is plenty of storage, a 1car garage and a covered parking place. The kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also washer/dryer in the unit.
The living room has a fireplace and large windows that offer plenty of light, and high ceilings. There are queen sized beds in both bedrooms. The Fountains includes a gorgeous, award winning heated pool area. We are a short walk to the Scottsdale Ranch Park and gourmet food shopping and restaurants. Just minutes from the 101 loop, which provides easy access to the entire valley.

Our Vacation Condo –
Bright, sunny, end unit. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. One car garage adjoining the unit, plus an adjacent covered space. The entire unit is on the ground floor, so no steps to climb.
This is a beautifully furnished, luxury condo. Fully stocked and ready to rent. Beautifully appointed kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler. The counter top is covered by hand made and painted clay tiles.
The dining room has a large table and 4 chairs, as well as a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The breakfast bar includes a bar sink.
The living room has plenty of room to stretch out and includes an entertainment center with stereo, cable television and DVD player.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are tiled in easy to maintain clay tiles. Beautiful oriental rugs adorn the dining room and living room floors.
The master bedroom suite has a queen sized bed and a very large walk in closet. It also has an entertainment center with a stereo, television and DVD player. The in-suite bathroom has a large tub/shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a beautiful, functional, built in desk area. The guest bathroom adjoins the bedroom and is easily accessible from the kitchen and dining rooms.
