A wonderful, fully furnished, second-floor Fairway model condo overlooking the 9th fairway on the Sound course. The screened lanai provides the best golf and lake view in the resort. An elevator and large doorways make the unit handicapped accessible. The unit features lovely 18" ceramic tiled floors except in the bedrooms and living room.
