My wife and i stayed here for February and March. The condo is in an excellent location and the unit is very clean, spacious, well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The beach is a short five minute walk away. Pat and Laurie were very easy to deal with and answered all questions. We were so pleased with our time at the condo,we hope to return next winter.

Spent February & March 20l0 at this condo/villa. Pat & Lauri were accomodating, friendly, and helpful before, during, and after or stay. The villa was very comfortable, well equipped, and very livable. We loved the dishes. It's a great location - especially for the health center - has a great view with the pond in back - enjoy the swans. Even got used to the frogs croaking and other critter noises at night. Great area for walking - either around the villas - or to the beach. The condo is amazingly secluded for being so convient to everything. Our thanks to Pat & Lauri for making our stay so enjoyable.

July 4rd 2009 weekend for 7 days. Thanks Pat & Lauri for the use of your condo. Pat & Lauri are very efficient with their rental agreement and the return of the deposit. My wife and I and our 2 boys (16 & 14) had a very relaxing stay at Kingston Place. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary accommodations. It is on the 2nd floor end of the building which we found to be very quiet. Tennis and health club are just across the street. The beach is a beautiful 5 minute walk. However we drove our car and beach stuff to the beach area. Even during the busy July 4th weekend we didn’t have a problem parking near the beach. We did ocean jet skies dolphin watch twice, parasailing, dinning, and shopping all which was conveniently located and easy to obtain. Thanks for a great stay and we would be glad to stay there again when we return.
