Or park the car in your private heated garage and stroll down to Main Street to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and the night life of Breck.

Guests will enjoy the beautiful, contemporary interior with many special amenities such as a new flat screen TV in the LR and a smaller TV in each bedroom plus a king bed in the master bedroom, gas fireplace in LR, and two huge decks. Why the Owner Chose Twin Elk

We purchased our townhome before it was even built. We loved the area, so close to town but in the pine trees, not on a noisy road but near all the action both in town and on the slopes. We love having a private heated garage and beautiful decks to relax on. (We definately did not want an underground parking garage or long, dark halls with noisy neighbors.) We pride ourselves on keeping our townhome in excellent condition and our guests usually comment on how clean and comfortable our place is and we have a lot of repeat bookings because of it!

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome

Through an arrangement with a local management company, we can now provide 24/7 check-in and out, free concierge service with many discounted activities such as ski equipment, lift tickets, airport limo service, a guest lounge, etc. There is also a free private shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go. Guests enjoy immediate response to questions and service--no trying to get ahold of that owner who lives 1000 miles away because you don't have hot water in the morning.

 

Owner's Map of Twin Elk

We are originally from Ohio. I grew up in Brookville and Joe grew up in Tiffin. We met in Bowling Green, got married, quit some good jobs, and moved to Colorado Springs and started over. We love the climate here and the mountains are so beautiful. We bought our first condo in 1989 (I guess that is 20 years ago) and thru sweat equity kept moving up to newer and larger units. We also like to get away to the beach as you can see in this photo.
