This brand new Cabin sits on 2 private acres atop a mountain, with incredible views from both the upper and lower porches. No expenses were spared when designing and building this unique one of a kind cabin. Some of the many features include; hand made & peeled log and iron railings, tree posts, unique one of a kind rock designs on the interior, exterior and on the property, extra large porches for enjoying the views and stars at night.
Some other features of this home include granite and stainless kitchen, 2 custom real wood burning fireplaces. Master features a King pillow top bed with a mounted 37in LCD flat screen TV for your comfort and fireplace.. Master Bath has a large black corner jacuzzi tub, Huge slate walk in shower w/rain head. The 2nd master suite features a queen bed, sitting area, vaulted ceilings and has a private balcony for viewing wildlife from above. The 3rd bedroom also has very high vaulted ceilings and 2 double beds. 4th bedroom features a king pillow top log

This cabin is EXACTLY as described!!! We had 5 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the fire pit, the wood was there so you did not have to look for any and the kids loved the hot tub, we did not want to leave!! The kitchen had everything you would need, just like home. Sandy was so much help since we rented the cabin very late in the week. We can't wait to go back this summer and go tubing. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Initial and follow-up questions about the property were promptly answered by the owners and they were easy to work with. The photos on the website while good, did not come close to how wonderful it was in person. The cabin was clean and well maintained inside and out. The owners focused on details. The nice surprise was that the cabin was decorated for Christmas, even down to the Christmas dishes in the kitchen. Our family loved it. They enjoyed the hiking and visiting Helen. The well-equipped gameroom provided entertainment for all ages. It was truly pet-friendly. Nobody wanted to leave and everyone wants to go back.Did you find this review helpful? This cabin is EXACTLY as described. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We could have easily fit another 10 people with all the couches/futons/beds. the owners have everything you need (I was worried so I brought paper plates/cups/pots.. and never had to get them out of the car) all of our friends marveled at how "AWESOME" the cabin is. we enjoyed the firepit (wood was there) and the hottub (seats about 4 adults comfortably). the driveway is a little steep, i closed my eyes until my husband said we were at the top but there was plenty of parking for 4 SUV's. the owner, Sandy was easy to get answers from via email before the trip and just like she says in the listing, she has all of the comforts of home here. I didn't feel the need to run around with lysol and clorox wipes the way I do at hotels (i know, i'm a germaphobe) :-) everything was totally clean. The only only only slightly disappointing thing was sitting on the front deck there is a neighborhood that the cabin looks down on-the houses are nice and lots of land, however we could hear kids yelling and playing right next to the road. but it really wasn't bad enough for me to give this cabin less than a perfect 5 star rating. This trip was for my husbands 40th b-day and he was SO happy with my selection of the cabin plus i'm pretty sure some of my friends are going to rent it in the future as well!Did you find this review helpful? I picked this cabin to have a family get together. The cabin had everything we needed. Enjoy the firepit and the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. The views were awesome. This cabin was exactly as it was picture. My family enjoy the game room also. Eight family members gathered for a week in this beautiful cabin. Plenty of room for everyone and it felt like home to us very quickly. It is very private and quiet with postcard like views. Tastefully decorated with excellent appliances and everything you need to make big or small meals. These owners are very easy to work with. This cheesehead bunch plans to return within the next year. Came to celebrate my son and stepdaughter's HS graduation. Had seven 18 year olds that only came up from the downstairs game room to eat or to leave the cabin. The game room had plenty of ping pong balls and paddles and easy access to the hot tub. The cabin was in excellent condition and had amenities not even mentioned. Everything from the bathroom faucets to the decorations were beautiful inside the cabin and the view from the loft and outside decks were incredible. The cabin was clean, everything worked perfectly, and to everyone's delight, the Wi Fi went throughout the cabin. My 84 year old father enjoyed the master bedroom and bath with the shower head that hangs up above you as well as the regular shower head. There were plenty of chairs around the fire pit which was easy to get burning, and although we had brought our own, we appreciated the sticks for tubing left for renters to borrow. The owners are easy to get a hold of, but you shouldn't need to since this cabin is perfect. Of course you have Helen and the State Park for entertainment, but being at the cabin where all you saw and heard was nature all around you was just wonderful. Even my dog did not want to leave. We enjoyed our stay at this home in Helen, GA. This is our second time staying there. The listing and photographs are very accurate regarding the description of the home and location. The property was clean and gave a "welcome home" feeling when we walked in the front door. It is very well equipped. The fire pit out back was a lot of fun to use while roasting marshmallows and star gazing. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing. We love the area that it is located in. Very convenient to Helen and other near-by towns. Check out the Babyland Hospital in Cleveland when you go! and white water rafting... and golf. I would/have recommended this place for people to stay at. The owners are very easy to contact and answered all our questions.
