Our formal DINING AREA features a glass top wicker table for six plus seating for three at the bar. Beautiful tile floors are softened with area rugs except in the bedrooms where there is plush wall-to-wall carpet. Our sofa (which converts to a queen size bed), comfy leather ottoman, and new leather recliner are all perfect for reading, relaxing, or viewing TV.
The MASTER BEDROOM has two matching chests with reading lights on either side of the king sized bed plus a hand painted storage cabinet on which the flat screen TV sits. The completely new master BATH features a luxurious shower, many cabinets, and granite counter top.
The GUEST BEDROOM with its own flat screen TV is cozy and casual with natural wicker double dresser, nightstand, and headboards and soft comforters on new twin beds. The totally remodeled BATH has a tile shower and also a large linen closet.
NEW in 2012 - Tommy Bahama Beach Cart for carrying your chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas, cold drinks, and food across our huge beach! We supply it all except for the edibles. The cart folds up for storage in our walk-in closet.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our units are family owned; you are not just another number with a large management company. Kathleen (in yellow blouse) and Bonnie (in red) are our managers. We believe our units offer the perfect vacation. We know because our children built sand castles here, swam in the gulf, collected shells, and watched the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We have sailed and boated in the Gulf and explored the islands. If you want to walk the beach--ours is the nicest. A new barrier island is forming right off our beach. This allows for miles of beachcombing where you can see birds and discover shells without the crowds.
Some rentals on Estero are next to the salt water marsh. When the tide goes out they have muck between their units and the Gulf. We have an incredibly wide sandy white beach at all times
We keep our units sparkling clean and updated. All have fully equipped ktichens. All have heated swimming pools. All offer sunset views. All are tastefully decorated.

My husband and I stayed at Carlos Point with our two sons. I couldn't have been happier with the location, the upscale remodeling of the unit, and the comfortable furnishings. The views from the balcony, the kitchen, the living/dining room and the master bedroom were extraordinary. The kitchen was decked out with great equipment, the closet housed various board games and the outdoor pool was heated. And lastly, the guests, the condo owners, and the staff were really friendly people. I couldn't have asked for more!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is your home from home. The condo is exactly as described except that the view is better than the photos can show. The condo is excellently maintained and squeaky clean. The booking process was straightforward and Bonnie and Kathleen were extremely helpful in accommodating our dates etc. We have two teenage children and the unit was plenty big enough. We enjoyed homemade waffles every morning and there was everything we needed to cook for ourselves on the evenings we chose not eat at the many restaurants on the island. Of course, the best part is the location. The condo is right on the beach. You step off the parking lot, right onto the sand. All units overlook the beach and the pool is also beachside so when you want to cool off, you can still enjoy the oceanview. There is a trolley that runs right past the condo building which will take you to the other end of the island. The condo had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and though we didn't use them, there were even beach toys. We did however, have a lot of fun playing the many boardgames. Now that we have found it, we shall hopefully be making this our "Home from home" for one week of each year. Thank you Bonnie and Kathleen.

You are not dealing with an absentee owner who lives across the country when you stay in our condo. A family member is always available to assist you if you ever have a need. We have rented this unit two years in a row for our family and have truly enjoyed our stay and the location. The condo is equiped with everything needed for a relaxful, fun visit. The owners are so accomodating and willing to help out with anything. Would definitely recommend renting!! Enjoy!!

If you are looking for a condo with a spectacular view, homey, comfortable, quiet, with elegant decor, look no further. This condo has it all! I have traveled extensively over 25 yrs and stayed in many hotels and condos but this one ranks as the best. Although busy during the day, nothing was better than to walk the beach, which is right out the front door, and relax on the lanai in the evening and watch a beautiful sunset. Thanks Bonnie and Kathleen for the detail, upgrades, and furnishings that make this condo so comfortable. Had a great time and the golf was good too! Without a doubt, will be returning. Thanks again! This was our first experience renting on a vacation. We had always stayed in hotels. The time we spent at Carlos Pointe was wonderful! We felt like we were in a cozy home. Bonnie and her family were very kind and professional. The condo is tastefully decorated and updated. Everything is clean and well kept. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry. The view of the beach is fantastic. The building was quiet which is what we wanted for spring break. We loved the area and travel from the condo was easy. My 11 year old loved the pool which faces the Gulf. My 13 year old loved the beach area and playing ping-pong in the rec. area, at the condo. Our family felt safe, the beach area is also private. We would recommend this condo to anyone!! Thanks Bonnie!

We love the view of the gulf and Lover's Key from the lanai...almost as much as the newly remodeled interior and beautiful furnishings... But don't forget the view of the gulf from the lounge chairs among the palm trees surrounding the beach-side pool...a perfect spot to read a book, contemplate the beach and the gulf...or make new friends... Dealing with our hosts, the Williamson family, just makes the whole vacation a wonderful experience....

Enjoyed the condo very much. Very clean and great location. The beach is most relaxing and having the beach chairs were great. Pool was a nice tempature too. This condo is on the quiet end of FM beach for sure and we enjoyed that. Everyone was super friendly.
