Carlos Pointe, Unit 612, is a true gem. The Davis/Williamson Family does everything possible to make your stay feel as though you are staying in a luxury hotel. The lanai is always comfortable with a ceiling fan that ensures a constant breeze. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. The condo is equipped with almost everything a vacationer needs from toilet tissue to paper towels to soap to laundry detergent for the in-unit washer and dryer to beach towels to a beach cart. We have stayed at numerous condos in the Ft. Myers area and none compares to this one. You will never regret booking this unit, and I haven't even mentioned the daily dolphin sightings and the beautiful beach. I also didn't mention the library of DVDs and books or the wonderful pool and the spacious pool deck. I forgot to mention that the condo is immaculate and if you have a problem, Doug Williamson is always there to help you with any questions you have. Doug is terrific without being at all intrusive! Would we stay here again? Without a doubt!

We loved this Ft. Myers Beach Condo!

This condo is so attractive and well-appointed, it was better than being at home! We had everything we needed, even beach equipment. Since we flew, this was especially nice! The owners are lovely people, and are always so helpful to renters, going so far as to label all light switches! We could easily find everything. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

My husband and I totally enjoyed the amenities this condo had to offer. The decor was Coastal, beautiful and first class. The furnishings, including the dinnerware were beautiful. They supply everything you could possible imagine for the kitchen. They were wonderful to work with as well. We prefer this south side of the island as it is quiet and away from all the tourist traps at the north end of the island. We hated leaving!

The condo at Carlos Pointe was great. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The view of the Gulf from the patio was fabulous. We ate breakfast there each morning and played cards there in the evenings. I have stayed in many rental condos but none as well equipped as Carlos Pointe. The thought and consideration put into stocking the unit made us feel as if the owners truly valued us being there. Sunscreen, kleenex, lotion, spices, etc. were all very appreciated. The decor appeared to be professionally decorated yet very comfortable and inviting. We will definitely return to Carlos Pointe.

My husband and I stayed in your lovely condo from Nov.27th. to Dec.15,2012 had a lovely relaxing time could not have ask for anything better condo was well stocked cooked a lot of meals enjoyed the view and walking the beach the owners were very helpful in every aspect of renting from them, returned any questions with an answer quickly and also was quick in sending any information you would need for the condo very nice people to work with. would recommend this condo and hope to return.

My mom and I travel many times a year and rent condo's when ever we go. This by far is one of the best units we have stayed at. Talk about not needed anything for your stay. The unit was so well stocked and clean it was like being at home. The owners could not have been nicer to work with us and pleasent to talk to. The bad thing is now when we stay some place else it will be a disapointment because this place is so wonderfull and has spoiled us for good. Thank you Bonnie and everyone. We really enjoyed our stay

Fun 3 week vacation

Upon arrival we immediately fell in love with the unit. I cannot think of anything missing. We did, however, need to rent a toddler bed for two weeks. Now I see that is available upon request. We would definitely recommend this unit. We stayed the first two weeks with my daughter and grandchildren (her husband came for one of those weeks). The last week my husband and I stayed alone. The area restaurants are awesome. We enjoyed the privacy. We cannot wait to visit again.

My husband and I spent a week in this lovely condo and were so pleased with everything about it. It was even nicer than the pictures could show, especially the view. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and Bonnie and Kathleen were both a pleasure to deal with. The condo was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and had nice linens, and all the amenities and furnishings were top of the line. We especially enjoyed exploring the area and watching the occasional afternoon thunderstorm from the screened lanai. We would definitely like to return and would recommend it to anyone.

Great location on the beautiful, peaceful beach!

We loved our home away from home for the week! The unit was lovely and extremely clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need or want. We enjoyed cooking some meals in and eating on the lanai. There were lots of different birds on the beach that we enjoyed watching and we saw lots of dolphins and even caught a few glimpses of manatees! If you want a break from the beach the pool is very nice with a large pool deck and lots of chairs and sites right on the beach with a view of the ocean! There were lots of great restaurants within a short drive from the condo and we were close to grocery stores and the outlet mall, too. We explored Lover's Key park one day which was very nice and rented a boat in nearby Bonita Beach and had a great morning exploring the inlets. Bonnie and Kathleen were great to deal with getting everything arranged and Doug, who lives onsite, showed us around and was always friendly and helpful, too. In spite of a few days of rough weather with tropical storm Debby, we had a wonderful vacation and made great memories in Ft. Myers Beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for location and luxury and we definitely hope to come back someday!

My husband and I stayed at Carlos Point with our two sons. I couldn't have been happier with the location, the upscale remodeling of the unit, and the comfortable furnishings. The views from the balcony, the kitchen, the living/dining room and the master bedroom were extraordinary. The kitchen was decked out with great equipment, the closet housed various board games and the outdoor pool was heated. And lastly, the guests, the condo owners, and the staff were really friendly people. I couldn't have asked for more!

This condo is your home from home. The condo is exactly as described except that the view is better than the photos can show. The condo is excellently maintained and squeaky clean. The booking process was straightforward and Bonnie and Kathleen were extremely helpful in accommodating our dates etc. We have two teenage children and the unit was plenty big enough. We enjoyed homemade waffles every morning and there was everything we needed to cook for ourselves on the evenings we chose not eat at the many restaurants on the island. Of course, the best part is the location. The condo is right on the beach. You step off the parking lot, right onto the sand. All units overlook the beach and the pool is also beachside so when you want to cool off, you can still enjoy the oceanview. There is a trolley that runs right past the condo building which will take you to the other end of the island. The condo had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and though we didn't use them, there were even beach toys. We did however, have a lot of fun playing the many boardgames. Now that we have found it, we shall hopefully be making this our "Home from home" for one week of each year. Thank you Bonnie and Kathleen.

If you are looking for a condo with a spectacular view, homey, comfortable, quiet, with elegant decor, look no further. This condo has it all! I have traveled extensively over 25 yrs and stayed in many hotels and condos but this one ranks as the best. Although busy during the day, nothing was better than to walk the beach, which is right out the front door, and relax on the lanai in the evening and watch a beautiful sunset. Thanks Bonnie and Kathleen for the detail, upgrades, and furnishings that make this condo so comfortable. Had a great time and the golf was good too! Without a doubt, will be returning. Thanks again! This was our first experience renting on a vacation. We had always stayed in hotels. The time we spent at Carlos Pointe was wonderful! We felt like we were in a cozy home. Bonnie and her family were very kind and professional. The condo is tastefully decorated and updated. Everything is clean and well kept. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry. The view of the beach is fantastic. The building was quiet which is what we wanted for spring break. We loved the area and travel from the condo was easy. My 11 year old loved the pool which faces the Gulf. My 13 year old loved the beach area and playing ping-pong in the rec. area, at the condo. Our family felt safe, the beach area is also private. We would recommend this condo to anyone!! Thanks Bonnie!

We have rented this unit two years in a row for our family and have truly enjoyed our stay and the location. The condo is equiped with everything needed for a relaxful, fun visit. The owners are so accomodating and willing to help out with anything. Would definitely recommend renting!! Enjoy!!

Enjoyed the condo very much. Very clean and great location. The beach is most relaxing and having the beach chairs were great. Pool was a nice tempature too. This condo is on the quiet end of FM beach for sure and we enjoyed that. Everyone was super friendly.

We love the view of the gulf and Lover's Key from the lanai...almost as much as the newly remodeled interior and beautiful furnishings... But don't forget the view of the gulf from the lounge chairs among the palm trees surrounding the beach-side pool...a perfect spot to read a book, contemplate the beach and the gulf...or make new friends... Dealing with our hosts, the Williamson family, just makes the whole vacation a wonderful experience....
