This is a beautiful, comfortable and quiet family townhome! It is perfect for families looking for a great place to stay close to the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski areas and downtown Winter Park. This is an end unit in a building of only 4 townhomes. The front of the building is 2 stories of windows with incredible views of the Continental Divide.
Our townhome is walking distance to a huge trail system in the Arapahoe National Forest for snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter and hiking and mountain biking in the summer. Snowshoes (2 adult and 2 children) are provided for you.
The townhome is approximately 1100 sq. feet. The main floor has one bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed, a full bath, and a cozy great room with the kitchen, dining area and living room. The upstairs is a huge loft bedroom with one queen bed, a twin trundle bed, and a 3/4 bathroom.
The condo is stocked with games, toys, movies and books for your family's enjoyment. For those of you with little ones, there is a pack and play, a booster seat, and a bed railing in the unit.
There is a FREE shuttle service during ski season that picks you up at the end of our driveway and drops you off either in town or at the ski area. Next to our building are 2 tennis courts and picnic tables. There is a private clubhouse across the street that has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and coin-operated laundry facility.
This is a beautiful unit in a great location. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

We are a family of four who love all the outdoor activities Winter Park and Grand County have to offer. In our free time we head to the mountains for fun on the trails and slopes. We love to relax at our condo in between activities. Our vacation home is in a peaceful quiet setting surrounded by the National Forest and miles of trails. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Hideaway Village
We love the location of our townhome because it is less than a mile to town and is walking distance to the miles and miles of trails that connect Winter Park and the Fraser Valley. We can snow shoe, cross country ski, hike and mountain bike out our door. We also love the quiet setting. Our unit is an end unit in a building with 4 units. There is open space next to us and we rarely hear any noise.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
The unit is incredibly quiet and has two stories of windows which provides spectacular views of the continental divide. We are also the end unit of our building so we have made a nice patio and in the winter have a great sledding hill right out the living room window.
