A beautiful condo located in the heart of Dewey. The condo is located at 109 Bellevue St. in a complex of 4 units. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 3 twins and the other with 2 double beds. They share a full bath. The second floor has a spacious living area with a balcony overlooking the street. There is a half bath adjoining the living area and kitchen. The second floor also has a well stocked kitchen, with a bar with 4 stools and a dining table with seating for 6. Two bedrooms with 2 double beds each are on the third floor separated by a jack and jill bath. This unit is located 1/2 block from the main street and a block and 1/2 from the ocean.

This condo is in an EXCELLENT location, and would highly recommend to anyone with a large group. The property owner was also extremely helpful in planning our trip. The condo unfortunately was left un-cleaned, and is in need of minor repairs. We were also surprised to find that the cleaning company had showed up 5 hours before our check-out time, which made us leave early. It seemed as if the condo was in the process of being repaired, but we still had to fix some things while staying there. Would definitely like to stay in this place again after repairs are made.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

A lot more space than we expected, fully furnished with all the utensils we needed, GREAT location with only a few minute walk to all the bars and the beach, definitely worth the price and the landlord was really helpful!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
