The pictures on the web site did the best they could to show how lovely this home is. We spent a week for spring break and loved every minute of it. The house is located about mid-island making either Times Square at the north end or the shops and restaurants at the south end easily accessible by bicycle. The Trollee (public transportation) stop is right in front of the house. We used our cell phone texting to track the Trollee schedules and stops. We did have some difficulty hooking up to the wifi - but the owner was easily reached by cell phone and helped us log on the day we arrived so we could access local information and make our plans. We rented a car for just a few days to visit some local sights in Fort Myers so we glad we had rented bicycles to get around the island to access the restaurants and shops and grocery store. Since it was spring break the traffic ran very heavy and extremely slow due to the congestion of people accessing the bridge; the beach; and the restaurants and shops at Times Square. We were really glad we had bicycles so we could get around easier and faster when the Trollee ran slow at peak beach time and supper time due to the traffic congestion. It was great having a private beach and such easy access to the public beach. We enjoyed the quiet and the view and the long walks on the beach and the sunsets and just everything.
